2021年11月24日，涪外的校园里队歌嘹亮、掌声雷动，重庆市涪陵外国语学校第五次少先队员代表大会在学校烽火报告厅胜利召开啦！参加此次少代会的领导有学校党总支副书记姚珊、小学部部长李玲、小学部党支部书记王长勇、德育主任毛敏、团委书记李艳，大队辅导员王琪叡，还有少先队代表168人。大会解答了红领巾小提案，听取和审议了少先队工作报告，任命了新一届大队委干部并为代表授予了臂章。

译：Chongqing Fuling Foreign Language School successfully held the fifth Young Pioneers Congress on November 24th,2021 .The school leaders attended the congress and there were 168 representatives of the Young Pioneers. The conference answered the red scarf small proposals, listened to the young Pioneers work report, appointed a new session of the team committee cadres and awarded armbands for the representatives.

少代会筹备期间，校大队部向全校各中队征集了红领巾小提案，针对提案中普遍反映的问题，学校领导和相关负责老师进行了认真讨论、研究，形成了具体的处理意见。学校党总支副书记姚珊解答了关于生活、安全、学习、环境、心理健康等六个方面的提案。

译：During the preparatory period of the Young Pioneers Congress, the School Young Pioneers Brigade Department collected the small proposals of the red scarf to all young pioneer squadrons of the school. In view of the problems generally reflected in the proposal, the school leaders and teachers discussed , researched and formed specific treatment opinions. Yao Shan answered six proposals on life, safety, study, environment and mental health.

小学部党支部书记王长勇宣读学校少工委委员的批复，任命了王琪叡、李艳、胡恺维、杨晓蓉、何婷婷、王小娟、杜洁、刘玉精等8位老师为校少工委委员，王琪叡任大队辅导员。

译：The secretary of the Party Branch of primary School,Wang Changyong, read out the approval of the committee members of the Young  Pioneers Working Committee of the school, and appointed 8 teachers, including Wang Qirui, Li Yan, Hu Kaiwei, Yang Xiaorong, He Tingting, Wang Xiaojuan, Du Jie, Liu Yujing, as the committee members of the Young  Pioneers Working Committee of the school. Wang Qirui is the instructor of the Young Pioneers Brigade.

据同学们日常各方面表现，经过各中队推荐、个人演讲竞聘，共产生大队长1名，副队长三名，大队干部8名，大队委员25名，校园巡逻兵14名。由小学部德育主任毛敏宣布第六届少先队大队委（成）员名单。

译：According to the performance in all aspects,  1  captain, 3 vice captains, 8 team cadres, 25 team members, 14 campus patrol soldiers were elected after the recommendation of each squadron and individual speech competition. MAO Min, director of moral Education of primary School, announced the members of the sixth Young Pioneers   committee.

条条杠杠的臂章不仅仅是身份的体现，更是做为大队干部的责任担当。少工委领导为新一届大队委干部代表授戴臂章。

译：The armbands are not only the embodiment of identity, but also the responsibility of the pioneers cadres. The leaders of the Young  Pioneers Working Committee awarded armbands to the representatives of the new team committee.
