2021年11月29日，共青团重庆市涪陵外国语学校委员会第三次团员代表大会胜利召开，来自全校的24个支部的98名代表齐聚一堂，听取2020年度团委工作报告，并选举产生新一届的团委会。 

译：On November 29, 2021, the third representative meeting of the Communist Youth League Chongqing Fuling Foreign Language School Committee was successfully held. 98 representatives from 24 branches of the school gathered together to listen to the work report of the League Committee for 2020  and electe league committee of the new term.

第一项：奏唱国歌

第三项：团委书记李艳作2020--2021年度工作报告

Third: Li Yan, secretary of Youth League Committee made the annual work report for the last year.

团委书记李艳主要从“深入推进青少年思想引领工作；努力提升共青团在学校干部队伍的建设服务，狠抓共青团服务大局；以体验教育为载体培养团员的核心素质，促进团组织优化”这三个方面总结回顾了2021年校团委各项工作。

Li Yan, secretary of the Youth League Committee, mainly focused on "promoting youth ideological leadership; working hard to improve the construction and service of the Communist Youth League in the school cadre team, paying close attention to the overall situation of the Communist Youth League service; using experience education as a carrier to cultivate the core qualities of the league members and promote the optimization of the league organization". In terms of summarizing and reviewing the work of the Youth League Committee in 2021.

Fourth: Yao Shan, deputy secretary of the school’s general party branch, answered the small proposal.

第五项：学校初中部副部长乐桂宏宣读了学校团委干部任命文件

Fifth: Le Guihong, the deputy head of the junior high school department, announced the appointment documents of the school league committee cadres.

第六项：德育主任彭红军宣读了新一届团委委员及学生会名单

Sixth: Peng Hongjun, director of moral education, announced the list of members of the new Youth League Committee and the student union.

第七项：新一届团委委员及干部代表上台为他们颁发聘书

最后，学校初中部部长唐小琴发表讲话。她首先对团委工作给予了高度肯定，同时，对新当选的委员表示祝贺，也对学校新委员同学提出了几点希望：

一是青年团员要把坚定理想信念放在首位；二是团员青年要加强学习，提升自我素质，成为党的后备军；三是团员青年应肩负使命，起到先锋模范作用；四是团员要做一名德智体美劳全面发展的好学生！

译：Finally, Tang Xiaoqin, the director of junior high school department, delivered a speech. First of all, she highly affirmed the work of the Youth League Committee. At the same time, she congratulated the newly elected members and also put forward some hopes for the new members of the school:

First, the youth league members should put firm ideals and beliefs first; second, youth league members should strengthen their studies, improve their self-quality, and become the party’s reserve army; third, the youth league members should shoulder the mission and play a pioneering role; fourth, the youth league members should be good students with all-round development of morality, intelligence, health and labor!
