春风和煦，暖阳高照。涪外校园，旌旗猎猎。铿锵誓言，震撼苍穹。这是2021年3月4日重庆市涪陵外国语学校2021届中小学毕业生带着对美好未来的憧憬，百日冲刺誓师大会的盛况。这是吹冲锋陷阵的进军号，这是弹必胜凯歌的奏鸣曲，这是圆青春梦想的动员令！在百日誓师大会上，校长魏昌龙分别为六年级和九年级授战旗。

The spring breeze was warm and the sun was shining brightly. The campus was full of battle flags, and the powerful oath resounded to the skies. This is the vision of 2021 primary and secondary school graduates for the beautiful future and the grand occasion of 100-day sprint oath ceremony of Chongqing Fuling Foreign Language School on Mar.4th 2021. This is the marching horn to charge forward, the sonata of the triumph, and the mobilization order to realize the dream of youth! At the oath-taking rally, the school principal Wei Changlong awarded the battle flag to Grade Six and Grade Nine.

三月，是一个最富有生命力的月份，三月的今天距离毕业的日子仅有一百天，学子们已经蓄积起力量，站在冲刺的起跑线上。为了更好地把握这关键的一百天，最大限度地发挥这一百天的效益，五年级、七年级、八年级的同学们也来到了现场，为即将毕业的每一位涪外学子加油、呐喊、助威！

March is the most vigorous month. Today is only one hundred days before the graduation. The students have accumulated their strength and stood on the starting line of the sprint. In order to better grasp the key 100 days and maximize the benefits, students from the Grade Five, Grade Seven and Grade Eight also came to the ceremony to cheer for students who is about to graduate！

第一项升旗仪式

百日誓师大会以庄严肃穆的升旗仪式拉开帷幕。在中国共产党建党一百周年之际，在温暖的阳光照耀下，五星红旗格外鲜艳。

Ⅰ. Flag-raising Ceremony

The oath-taking rally began with a solemn flag-raising ceremony. On

the 100th anniversary of the founding of Communist Party of China, the five-starred red flag was particularly bright under the warm sunshine.

第二项部长讲话

中学部部长唐小琴在百日誓师大会上慷慨陈词，激励着孩子们要有必胜的信心。“决战的号角声已经吹响，真正的挑战已经开始，俗话说，三分天注定，七分靠打拼。‘沧海横流，方显英雄本色。’人生总是在竞争中不断超越，生命总是在拼搏中闪闪发光。既然我们选择了中考，我们就没有理由退缩。……只要有目标，前面才有灯光。看着前面的灯光，你才会忽略身边的黑暗，盯着远方的目标，你才会漠视脚下的坎坷，怀揣远大的理想，你才能战胜艰难险阻，路再远，再难，我们都要无所畏惧的走过去。同学们，中考毕业考试的战鼓已经擂响，我们别无选择。‘狭路相逢勇者胜。’此时不搏何时搏!我们要以高昂的斗志，百倍的信心，坚定的毅志，扎实的基础，高超的技能，全身心地奋战中考和毕业考试，以优异的成绩，向学校、家长、自己交出一份满意的答卷，共创涪陵外国语学校中考辉煌!”

唐部长的讲话告诉我们，机会面前人人平等！不平等的是态度。没有人会永远成功，也没有人会永远失败，但有人会永远进取。是花就要绽放，是树就要撑出绿荫，是水手就要搏击风浪，是雄鹰就要展翅飞翔。她告诉孩子们“你们是最棒的新纪元学子，挑战人生是你们坚定的信念，决胜六月是你们不懈的追求，今天的你们拼搏进取，明天的你们将为母校增辉！”

Ⅱ. Minister's Speech

Tang Xiaoqin, the minister of the Middle School Department, gave generous speeches at the oath-taking rally , which inspired students to have the confidence to win. She said, “The horn of the decisive battle has been sounded, and the real challenge has begun. As the old saying goes, ‘One thing's success to luck, more important is diligence. Only when you are in danger can you show your ability.’You can surpass yourself in the heavy competition, and life is always shining in the struggle. Since we have chosen the Senior high school entrance examination, we have no reason to back down....As long as there is a goal, there will be lights in front of you. Looking at the light ahead, you will ignore the darkness around you;Staring at the distant goal, you will ignore the roughness under your feet; Carrying a lofty dream, you will be able to overcome the difficulties. stare at the distant goal. No matter how far the road is and no matter how difficult it is, we must walk there fearlessly. Dear classmates, the high school entrance examination is coming soon. Minister Tang’s speech let us realize that everyone is equal in front of opportunities! It is attitude that is unequal. No one will be successful forever, and nobody will fail forever. Ⅲ. Performance of teachers and students

In this hopeful season, all the teachers and students in Grade Six are as enthusiastic as the sun to welcome the final sprint. We believe that "only by grasping today's struggle can we create tomorrow's splendor." 来自九年级七班的廖焓絮代表九年级年级全体同学表达自己的心声：中考集结号已经吹响，三年磨剑，六月试锋。让我们带着从容的微笑，去迎取我们志在必得的辉煌。奋斗一百天，让梦想在努力中靠近！让笑容在成功中绽放！一百天，在人的一生中不过是白驹过隙，转瞬即逝，但对九年级同学来讲注定是一生中需要浓墨重彩的一笔！牢牢把握住这一百天，它将足以绚烂我们的青春，璀璨我们激情燃烧的岁月！

Ⅴ. Speech of the student representative

Liao Hanxu, from Class Seven of Grade Nine, expressed her heartfelt thoughts on behalf of all the students in Grade Nine. She said, “ The high school entrance examination is coming soon. 来自九年级七班的廖焓絮同学的妈妈代表家长表达了自己的期望：我要对孩子们说，“读书不觉已春深，一寸光阴一寸金。”光阴之所以宝贵，是因为它匆匆流逝，不会因为任何一个人而停下脚步。“慈母手中线，游子身上衣。”作为父母，我们不仅关心你们的冷暖，还会拿出自己的全部精力，大力支持你们的学习，做你们坚强的后盾，陪着你们去拼搏、去创造，去实现自己美好的目标。“三年磨砺，铸就一剑；三年耕耘，终有一获！”奋斗一百天，让青春的智慧在六月发出光芒；拼搏一百天，让父母恩师在六月畅想期望；坚持一百天，让雄心与智慧在六月闪光！那时，你们将带着从容的微笑、昂扬的锐气，去赢得志在必得的辉煌！那时，你们将怀揣人生的目标、超强的自信，迈向你们理想的高中。

六年级和九年级的全体同学举起右手，紧握拳头，以涪外学子的名义宣誓：奋斗一百天，用汗水博取成绩；奋斗一百天，用智慧创造奇迹；奋斗一百天，用激情铸就辉煌；奋斗一百天，让梦想展翅飞翔。

豪迈的誓言表达的是自己无悔无怨的决心。一百天，是冲刺的一百天，是造就人生辉煌的一百天。三年前，你们满怀豪情、怀揣梦想踏进了上涪陵外国语学校的大门，春华秋实，三年时间里，每一棵幼苗，沐浴着爱心的春风，品味着园丁们无私奉献的甘露，已茁壮成长了起来。

Ⅶ. The oath of students

All the students in the Grade Six and Nine raised their right hands, clenched their fists, and swore in the name of the students of Chongqing Fuling Foreign language school, “Struggle for a hundred days and use the sweat to gain achievements; Strive for a hundred days and use wisdom to create miracles; Strive for a hundred days and use passion to build brilliance; Struggle for a hundred days and let dreams fly.”

铮铮誓言，激情澎湃，表达了他们保驾护航的决心，他们将用他们的勤奋、智慧、爱心陪伴孩子们奋战百日，助力孩子们实现梦想。

Ⅷ. The oath of teachers

“Let us strictly observe our duties, teach by personal example as well as verbal instruction and share happiness and sorrow with students; We sweat and help each other because we are in the same boat; We are high-spirited and never give up. We will fight for a hundred days, and use our passion to creates miracles!”

Teachers use the oath and passion to express their determination to escort students. They will accompany the students with their diligence, wisdom and love to fight for a hundred days and help them realize their dreams.

第九项：校长授战旗

校长授战旗仪式将活动推向高潮。校长魏昌龙为六年级和九年级授战旗。此刻，整个校园战旗猎猎，鼓声隆隆，必胜的口号此起彼伏。我们相信，有领导的关怀，有家长的支持，有认真负责的老师，有勤奋刻苦的学子，胜利一定属于我们涪外人。

Ⅸ. The headmaster awards the battle flag

The ceremony of awarding the battle flag by the headmaster pushed the activity to a climax. The headmaster Wei Changlong awarded the battle flag to Grade Six and Nine. At this moment, the battle flag was full of the whole campus with the beat of the drums and winning slogans one after another. We believe that the victory must belong to us because we have the concern of leaders and the support of parents. We also have serious and responsible teachers and hard-working students.

毕业班的全体师生依次在红色的横幅上郑重地签名，他们写下的是梦想，他们写下的是信心，他们写下的是宣言。从今天开始，百日冲刺的战役正式打响！为美好未来而战！为学校荣誉而战！只要我们心中充满激情，充满信念，任何困难也阻挡不住我们，我们必成功！

Ⅹ.Signatures of Teachers and Students

All the teachers and students of the graduating class signed solemnly on the red banner in turn. What they wrote was the dream, what they wrote was confidence, and what they wrote was manifesto.

激情与梦想齐飞，意志共春光一色。没有经过拼搏诠释的青春，只会是苍白的；没有经过奋斗考验的青春，只能是缺憾的。一百天，是冲刺的一百天，是造就人生辉煌的一百天。“春风得意马蹄疾，最是金榜题名时”，努力吧，同学们！一百天的汗水挥洒将饱满六月收获的果实；一百天的拼搏苦战将嘹亮六月归航的凯歌。让我们一起扬起理想的风帆，尽情放飞青春的翅膀，迎接明天的朝阳吧！
