涪陵区第二十届小学生篮球运动会在涪陵外国语学校开幕

煦日和风春已归，涞滩河畔白鹤飞。新纪元中芳菲尽，旌旗猎猎行阵威。2021年4月16日，由重庆市涪陵区文化旅游委员会、涪陵区教育委员会主办，重庆市涪陵外国语学校紫荆花青少年体育俱乐部承办的涪陵区第20届小学生篮球运动会，在涪陵外国语学校正式拉开序幕。本次运动会赛期4月16日-18日，这是一次隆重、精彩、团结的盛会。

Warm sunshine and wind told you the spring was back while white cranes flied on the riverside. The campus was full of fluttering flags, and loud cheers rang out continuously. The 20th Fuling Primary School Basketball Games, which was hosted by the Cultural Tourism Committee of Chongqing Fuling District and the Education Committee of Fuling District and organized by the Bauhinia Youth Sports Club of Chongqing Fuling Foreign Language School, officially opened at Fuling Foreign Language School On April 16th 2021. The match will be held from April 16th to 18th. This was a grand, exciting and united gathering.

出席开幕式的领导有：涪陵区文化旅游委员会主任、体育局局长蔡其帜,涪陵区委教育工委委员、区教委副主任肖云，涪陵区文化旅游委竞训科科长余荣华，涪陵区教委体卫艺科科长郭兵，重庆市涪陵外国语学校党总支书记、副校长乐三奎，重庆市涪陵外国语学校党总支副书记姚珊。

Leaders attending the opening ceremony were: Cai Qizhi, director of the Culture and Tourism Committee of Fuling district and director of the Sports Bureau; Yun Xiao, a member of the Education Working Committee of the Fuling district and deputy director of the Fuling District Education Committee; Ronghua Yu ,section chief of the Competition and Training Section of the Culture and Tourism Committee of Fuling District; Bing Guo, section chief of Physical, Health and Arts Department of Fuling district Education Committee; Sankui Le, secretary of the Party General Branch and Vice President of Chongqing Fuling Foreign Language School; Shan Yao, deputy secretary of the Party General Branch of Chongqing Fuling Foreign Language School.

本次运动会的开幕式在庄严肃穆的升旗仪式中拉开帷幕，鲜艳的五星红旗冉冉升起，雄壮的国歌震撼苍穹。来自全区共22个单位32支代表队共计375名的领队、教练、运动员参加比赛，将献上60余场精彩的篮球比赛。比赛期间，全体裁判员和工作人员将本着“公开公正公平”的原则，一丝不苟，认真负责，履行好自己的职责，运动员也将充分发扬团结拼搏、勇于进取的体育精神，创造属于自己的优秀成绩。

The opening ceremony of the match kicked off in the solemn flag-raising ceremony. The bright five-star red flag rose slowly, and the majestic national anthem resounded to the sky. There were 375 team leaders, coaches, and athletes from 22 units and 32 representative teams in the region to participate in the competition. More than 60 wonderful basketball games will be presented. During the competition, all referees and staff will follow the principle of “openness,fairness and equity”. They will be meticulous, serious and responsible, and perform their duties well. Athletes will also fully carry forward the sports spirits of unity, diligence and courage to create their own outstanding results.

涪陵外国语学校党总支书记、副校长乐三奎致欢迎词。乐书记对莅临涪陵外国语学校的各位领导以及来自涪陵区各个学校的小朋友们表示热烈的欢迎，对为本次运动会默默付出的组委会和服务工作的老师们表示由衷的敬意。他还希望所有的运动员在赛场上奋力拼搏，赛出风格，赛出水平，赛出中国少年的精神。

Sankui Le, secretary of the Party General Branch and Vice President of Chongqing Fuling Foreign Language School, made a welcome speech. He extended a warm welcome to the leaders coming to Fuling Foreign Language School and the children from various schools in Fuling District. He expressed his sincere respect to the organizing committee and the teachers who worked silently for the games. He also hoped that all athletes would struggle hard and show their styles, levels, and spirits of Chinese youths.

教委对本次篮球运动的举办表示热烈的祝贺，向为保证赛事顺利举行而付出辛勤劳动的组委会以及所有工作人员表示衷心的感谢，向保证此次比赛公平公正公开举办的全体裁判员表示感谢，向各参赛队给予衷心的祝福。他还对涪陵体育发展的良好态势以及取得的优异成绩作了充分的肯定。

At the opening ceremony, Yun Xiao, a member of the Education Working Committee of the Fuling District and Deputy Director of the Fuling District Education Committee, delivered a speech. He first expressed his warm congratulations on this basketball game on behalf of the Fuling District Education Committee, and expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the organizing committee and all the staff who worked hard to ensure the smooth conduction of the game and to ensure that the game would be held in the open, fair and equal manner. He extended his heartfelt blessings to the participating teams and he also gave full affirmation to the fantastic situation of Fuling sports development and the excellent achievements achieved.

接着，运动员代表和裁判员代表分别上台宣誓。他们表示在比赛期间，运动员要严格遵守比赛规则，坚决服从裁判，尊重对手，尊重观众。以饱满的热情认真比赛，发扬顽强拼搏精神，胜不骄、败不馁，赛出风格，赛出水平，发挥出最佳成绩。裁判员要严格遵守竞赛规则和裁判员纪律，尊重参赛选手，文明裁判，严肃认真，不循私情，秉公办事，做到公平、公正、公开，为第二十届小学生篮球比赛圆满完成各项裁判工作。

Then, representatives of the athletes and referees appeared on the stage to take the oath. They stated that athletes must strictly abide by the rules of the game, resolutely obey referees, respect opponents, and respect audiences during the game. They stated that all athletes would compete earnestly with full enthusiasm and carry forward the spirit of tenacious struggle. Everyone should win without arrogance and lose without discouragement. They stated that referees must strictly obey the competition rules or discipline and respect the contestants to successfully complete all items for the 20th Primary School basketball competition.

最后，涪陵区文化旅游委员会主任、体育局局长蔡其帜宣布涪陵区第二十届小学生篮球运动会开幕。伴随着激越的运动员进行曲，紧张激烈的篮球比赛开始了。运动健儿们将在火热的运动场上，挥洒汗水，收获喜悦，展示风采。涪陵外国语学校每一个角落都将充满激情，祝愿所有的参赛队都赢得荣誉，收获友谊，放飞梦想！

Finally, Qizhi Cai, director of the Culture and Tourism Committee of Fuling District and director of the Sports Bureau, announced the opening of the 20th Primary School Basketball Games in Fuling District.
