又是一年秋来到，8月29日，重庆市涪陵外国语学校小学部所有教职工又相聚在了一起，开展以“戮力同心卓越路  聚势前行逐梦想”为主题的2021年秋期的第一次学部教职工大会，对2021年秋期的工作进行了部署，起着重要作用。

译：The new term is coming while autumn is around. We all staff in primary school Chongqing Fuling Foreign Language School gatheredtogether to hold the first working conference, which made a difference to the working of Fall 2021.

第一项议程：新教师做自我介绍

有缘人相聚，无悔心相依。本学期小学部迎来了19位新教师和1位生活老师。从他们自信大方、流畅表达上，可以看出有他们的加盟，我们小学部更能逐梦前行！

译：First: Self--introduction of the new teachers

It was destined that our souls were meeting here. There were nineteen new teachers and one executive in charge of students’ lives who joined us this term. We were cheered up to step forward in the future through their confident and fluent expression.

第二项议程：介绍学部领导班子

首先，学部所有教职工对学校的两位特邀专家，即重庆市特级教师——吴谦特级和朱昱特级，表示了最衷心的感谢和最崇高的敬意。

译：Second: Introduction of the leaders of primary school

First of all, we all teachers showed heartfelt appreciation and respect to the teachers of distinction --Wu Qian, and Zhu Yu, who devote themselves to education in primary school.

接下来，主持人介绍了小学部行政团队，他们是小学部部长李玲；小学部团总支书记王长勇；小学部德育处主任毛敏；小学部教务处主任赵样飞；小学部德育处副主任罗兵香；小学部教务处副主任何婷婷；小学部少先队辅导员王琪叡。

译：And then, Miss He, the host today ,introduced the leaders of primary school. The leaders of the list were as following: Li Ling, minister of primary school; Wang Changyong, League branch secretary; Mao Min, director of Moral Education Department; Zhao Yangfei, director of Academic Affairs Office; Luo Binxiang, deputy director of Moral Education Department; He Tingting, deputy director of Academic Affairs Office; Wang Qirui, counselor of Young Pioneers.

第三项议程：李玲部长解读2021年秋期的工作计划

李部长对当前教育大背景做了阐述，还对“好老师”的定义进行了解读。相信只要大家尽职尽责、尽心尽力，学校的教学和德育工作就能稳定发展，朝着心中梦想迈进。

译：Third: The minister(Li Ling) construed the work plan of this semester

Miss Li explained the education background as well as what “good teacher” was, and believed that if we could work diligently, our primary school would have a stable development and step to a bright future.

第四项议程：赵样飞主任宣布本学期教师任课情况

只有抓住课堂教学这一关键环节，才能掌握教学的主动权，才能奏响大面积提高教学质量的凯歌！变教学为导学，创新5+1的课堂教学模式，采用合作学习，把学生引入知识的殿堂！

译：Forth: The director of Academic Affairs Office(Zhao Yangfei) announced the lists of teachers

The teachers could gain the initiative only by concentrating on the key point: teaching procedures in class. Turning teaching to guiding, creating the teaching method of 5 plus 1, and continuing collaboration method would also prove our teaching.

第五项议程：毛敏主任安排开学工作和一年级新生接待工作

俗话说，“凡事预则立，不预则废。”涪陵外国语学校小学部人不打无准备之仗！精心筹备、认真对待，坚信细节决定成败，将开学工作做细、做实。

译：Fifth: The director of Moral Education Department(Mao Min) arranged the  preparations of new semester and the reception of the pupils in Grade One.

In all things, success lies in previous preparations and there will be failure without previous preparations. Just as the saying goes, we always prepare well before doing everything. And we believe that details decide success or failure.

本次小学部教职工大会是本学期的第一次集体大会，也是本学期的一个开始，相信通过此次会议的精神传达，大家能够更好的开展本学期的工作，也能够更好地落实自己的工作岗位职责。希望涪外人都能在自己的岗位上发光发热，收获满满的幸福！

译：It was the first meeting of this semester, and it was a new beginning as well. We believe that we can start our working better and be more responsible through this meeting. We also hope that we will try our best to write a beautiful chapter in this school.
