教学质量是学校发展的重中之重，为促进教师在教育教学中不断实践、不断反思，切实提高自身专业素养，学部特此搭设交流平台，开展教学大比武活动，营造良好的学习氛围，把好教师素养之关，提高教育教学之效。

译：Teaching quality is the top priority of school development. To promote teachers’ continuous practice and reflection in education and teaching, and effectively improve their professional quality, The Faculty hereby set up an exchange platform to carry out teaching competitions, which creates a good learning atmosphere, checks the quality of teachers, and improves the effectiveness of education and teaching.

初中部于2021年9月14日至9月16日顺利开展了2021年秋期教学大比武活动。

译：The Junior High School successfully launched the 2021 Autumn Teaching Competition from September 14 to September 16, 2021.

为更好开展活动，初中部建立了唐小琴部长为组长，乐桂宏、黄图强、宋仲春、徐晓玲、陈泳放、彭红军、李妍蓉、黎素君为副组长的组织力量，并且让各备课组组长共同参与到组织、考核以及评价中。

译：To better carry out activities, the Junior High School has established the team leaders, including Minister Tang Xiaoqin, Deputy Le Guihong, Huang Tuqiang, Song Zhongchun, Xu Xiaoling, Chen Yongfang, Peng Hongjun, Li Yanrong, and Li Sujun. And they let the leaders of the preparation group participate in the organization, assessment, and evaluation.

本次赛课均为新授课，上课时间为40分钟。语文、数学、英语各个备课组派1名老师参赛，文综组、理综组每个学科派1名老师参赛，综合组、体育组各派1人参赛。七、八、九年级的语数外实行同课异构的形式，其余各学科参赛教师按教学进度拟定。

译：All classes in this competition are newly taught, and the time is 40 minutes. Chinese, Mathematics, and English class preparation groups will send 1 teacher to the competition, the literary comprehensive group and the science comprehensive group will send 1 teacher to participate in the competition, and the comprehensive group and physical education group will each send 1 teacher to participate. The seventh, eighth, and ninth grade will implement the same class and heterogeneous form of language and mathematics, and the participating teachers of other subjects will be drawn up according to the teaching progress.

在赛课期间，各位参赛教师灵活运用了“5+1”的教学模式，展现出了相当优秀且多元化的教学风采，唐小琴部长等组织者与各教研组的成员均参与到幕后评课当中，并给予了中肯的评价与建议。
