为进一步增强在校学生的法制观念，提高自我防护意识，有效预防未成年人犯罪以及人身伤害事故，进一步强化校园安全意识，杜绝校园暴力事件，提高防范网络诈骗的意识。2021年11月30日，重庆市涪陵外国语学校举办法制宣传进校园活动，邀请涪陵新城区派出所社区民警刘光菊同志对我校初中部和高中部的全体师生，进行了一场精彩的法制教育讲座。

译：In order to further enhance the legal concept of school students, improve everyone’s self-protection awareness, effectively prevent minor crimes and personal injury accidents, further strengthen campus safety awareness, put an end to campus violence, and increase awareness of preventing online fraud, on November 30, 2021, Chongqing Fuling Foreign Language School held a campus legal promotion activity. For this event, Liu Guangju, a community policeman from the Fuling Xincheng District Police Station, gave a wonderful lecture on legal education to all teachers and students in the junior and senior high schools of our school.

“我是新城区派出所社区民警，今天到学校来是给大家上一堂有关于校园暴力以及防范网络诈骗的法制教育课。”讲座中，刘警官的语言通俗易懂，言简意赅。首先讲了校园欺凌的危害。她结合着真实案例，深入浅出的讲解，介绍了如何防止校园欺凌，如何避免在校园欺凌中受到伤害，鼓励同学们利用法律武器保护自己合法权益。教育学生做到学法、知法、守法，不断增强自己的法律意识，同时在面对不法侵害时，增强防范能力和自我保护能力。

译："I am a community policewoman from the Xincheng District Police Station. I came to school today to give everyone a legal education lecture on campus violence and the prevention of online fraud." In the lecture, Officer Liu's language was easy to understand and concise. She first talked about the dangers of school bullying. Combined with real cases, she introduced how to prevent campus bullying and how to avoid being harmed in campus bullying, encouraging students to use legal weapons to protect their legitimate rights and interests. She told students to study the law, know the law, and abide by the law, and constantly enhance their own legal awareness. At the same time, students need to strengthen their ability to prevent and protect themselves when faced with illegal infringements.

另外，刘警官特别强调：“2020年，全国人大常委会会议12月26日表决通过刑法修正案（十一），对刑事责任年龄相关规定作出调整。12至14周岁未成年人故意杀人等犯罪，将不再是刑事“免责人群”。已满十四周岁不满十六周岁的人，犯故意杀人、故意伤害致人重伤或者死亡、强奸、抢劫、贩卖毒品、放火、爆炸、投毒罪的，应当负刑事责任。”她说：“这意味着12至14岁阶段的同学不再是免负刑事责任的人群，如果严重犯罪，一样需要被追究刑事责任，情节严重的，一样会被判刑入狱。”

译：In addition, officer Liu particularly emphasized, “In 2020, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress voted and passed the Criminal Law Amendment (11) on December 26, which adjusted the relevant regulations on the age of criminal responsibility. Crimes such as deliberate homicide of minors between the ages of 12 and 14 will no longer be criminal ‘exempt groups’. A person who has reached the age of 14 but not the age of 16 who commits the crime of intentional homicide, intentional injury causing serious injury or death, rape, robbery, drug trafficking, arson, explosion, or poisoning shall be held criminally responsible.” She said, “This means that students from the age of 12 to 14 are no longer exempt from criminal responsibility. If they commit a serious crime, they will also be held criminally responsible. If the circumstances are serious, they will also be sentenced to prison.”

最后，刘警官给同学们讲了有关于网络诈骗的案例，列举了网络上的骗子针对青少年层出不穷的诈骗手段。她要求同学们要提高警惕，不要轻易相信陌生人所说的话，千万不能相信天上会掉馅饼，做到不轻信/不转账! 网络上说的各种挣钱平台，十有八九都是诈骗。

译：Finally, Police Officer Liu told the students about online fraud cases and listed some fraud methods used by scammers on the Internet to target young people. She asked the students to be more vigilant and don't easily believe what strangers say because there's no free lunch in the world. Most of the various money-making platforms on the Internet are scams. Don't trust and transfer money.
