九月启程乘秋风，努力振翅永毅行。新的学期，新的起点，在秋高气爽的季节里，我们踏上了新的征程，向更高远的目标迈进。为了落实精细化管理，让温暖服务更上一个台阶，涪陵外国语学校特别成立了德育管理下的生活中心，生活部实行一体化管理，树立“爱生如子，服务至上”的管理理念，以学生健康卓越发展为中心，争取让校园成为孩子们成长的乐园。

译：September is hopeful. A new semester, a new starting point. In the amazing autumn, we step on a new journey and move towards a further goal. Chongqing Fuling Foreign Language School established a life center under the management of moral education aims to implement the refined management. We strive to make the campus a paradise for children to grow up.

魏昌龙校长非常赞许生活老师们的工作，称老师们是踏实工作的表率，是无私奉献的榜样，用爱心和汗水铸就师德之楷模。希望老师们要敬畏生命，敬畏制度，热爱自己的教育工作。并号召老师们不忘初心，砥砺前行，为学校的卓越发展贡献自己的一份力量。

译：Mr.Wei highly praised the work of teachers who takes care of children’s life. He hopes all the teachers should respect lives and rules, to love their jobs.

“学而不思则罔，思而不学则殆”，为了切实提高老师们教育素养和工作热情，让老师们更加热爱自己的工作，工作技能上有大的提高，工作方法上有新的突破。近日，党总支副书记姚珊以“服务至上，做卓越教育”为主题对生活老师们进行了培训。首先，姚书记用了两个词：感动和感谢。感动于老师们高强度的劳动和任劳任怨的工作态度，感动于老师们齐心协力，攻坚克难，圆满高效完成工作任务。老师们在一言一行中，在点点滴滴的工作中，用母爱去温暖每一个孩子的心灵，引领孩子们树立良好的文明礼仪风范，培养孩子们生活自理能力。

译：“Learning without thinking is useless, thinking without learning is perilous”, Miss Yao trained all the teachers with the theme of “Prior Service, remarkable education ”in order to effectively improve teachers’ educational literacy and working enthusiasm. Miss Yao used words: grateful and thankful. Miss Yao moved by the dedicated teachers and showed her respect for them. The teachers are mother-liked to warm every child and cultivate good habbits.

姚书记特别提出：生活中心的工作理念是：爱生如子，服务至上；工作宗旨是：共创卓越；工作要求是：爱心，耐心和细心；工作目标是：生活自理，行为自律。并提出了具体的工作要求，从一日工作常规开始，一条条和老师们一起学习，更对老师们的工作给予了殷切的期望：希望老师们用“爱”去浇灌出一簇簇美丽的花朵，作为生活老师，你得拥有无私的爱心、惊人的耐心和无微不至的细心；作为生活老师，你得具备宽阔的胸怀、奉献的精神和明察秋毫的眼力；作为生活老师，你要热爱学生、热爱学校、热爱教育事业；作为生活老师，你要学会立足学校、关注家庭、与家长密切联系和沟通......你就能成为学生心中最可亲、可敬的人。

译：Miss Yao specially put forward: the work philosophy of the life center is: to be children-liked, prior service; the aim is to be remarkable and the requirements are to be caring, patient and careful; the work goals are to be self-caring in life and self-discipline in behavior. And put forward specific work requirements, starting from the daily working routine, learning with the teachers one by one, and giving ardent expectations to the teachers' work: I hope that the teachers will use "love" to water the beautiful flowers, as a qualified teacher,  we should love your students, school and the educational career

涪外以培养“四自”好少年为突破口，以培养学生良好学习、生活习惯为重点，结合各学部开展学生喜闻乐见，丰富多彩的德育活动。引导学生在活动实践中不断提升自己，把思想道德内化为自身素质，争做优秀的涪外学子。生活中心副主任杨晓蓉提出了本期具体的工作要求，希望老师们争做一个有责任担当的老师。从温暖的团队建设开始，让每一个老师认识自己，树立良好的精神风貌；充分了解自己的薪酬待遇，并详细解读了星级教师考核方案，切实提升老师们的幸福感；引导老师们在工作上一定要不断学习，取长补短，争取进步；并细化学习每一项工作制度，努力夯实孩子的七大好习惯，争取让每一个孩子成长为人格自尊，学习自觉，行为自律，生活自理的卓越人。

生活老师是坚定的铺路石，为学生铺就康庄大道；生活老师是和煦的春风，吹开学生心灵的花朵；生活老师是炽热的火种，点燃学生生命的激情。只要老师们说话柔一点，笑容甜一点；学习勤一点，工作细一点；关爱多一点，服务好一点；方法巧一点，效率高一点，就一定能成为孩子们最喜欢的老师，相信在老师们的不断努力下，涪外的明天必定一路繁花！

译：Teachers are like the fundamental stones which helps students to be healthy; teachers are like the warm breeze which blow the flowers of students’ mind; teachers are like the fire which illuminate the students’ passion of life. As long as teachers are more gentle, more sweet, more hard-working and more caring, to provide better service and skills, we are determined to be the teacher that student like the most. We do believe the future of our school will be brighter under the efforts that all the teachers strive for!
