阳光明媚的春天里，奔赴一场心灵的约会，共同守护孩子们的健康，一起见证成长的幸福。为了促进我校教师心理素质的提升，提高职业幸福感，保障学生的身心健康，让每一个孩子快乐成长。近日，涪陵外国语学校学校学生发展中心洪孝科主任特别组织开展了一系列针对教师心理健康和学生心理健康的培训。

本次讲座特邀学校专职心理教师、涪陵区学生心理危机干预专家组成员、国家二级心理咨询师罗予然老师作为主讲人，以“看见，是最好的疗愈”为主题开展了学生心理危机识别与预防的心理健康讲座，为参与培训的全体生活老师们带来了别开生面的心理教育的指导。罗老师首先分析了目前少年心理健康现状，强调学生的心理健康要给予及时关注和教育引导，希望孩子们在成长过程中正确的认识自己的身份，知道自己可以做什么，是否值得被爱及每一个人存在的意义和价值。让老师们一定要正确认识每一个孩子，并努力用爱去接纳他们，帮助他们建立自信，成为一个积极向上，“被看见”的人。

译：This lecture invited the school's full-time psychological teachers, members of the Fuling District Student Psychological Crisis Intervention Expert Group, and national-level second-tier psychological counselors, Teacher Luo Yuran, as the keynote speaker. The psychological health lecture on student psychological crisis identification and prevention was held under the theme of "seeing is the best healing," bringing unique guidance on psychological education to all life teachers who participated in the training. First, Teacher Luo analyzed the current situation of adolescent psychological health and emphasized the need to give timely attention and educational guidance to students' psychological health. She hoped that children would correctly understand their identity during their growth process, know what they can do, whether they are worth loving, and their meaning and value in life. Teachers must have a correct understanding of each child, and strive to accept them with love, help them establish self-confidence, and become positive and "seen" individuals.

罗老师带领各位教师去思考和发现我们能在教育工作中为学生做些什么？如何提升学生的幸福感？如何减少和预防学生出现严重的心理危机问题？——“被看见”是每个学生强烈的内心渴望。罗老师从“看见”的三个方面深入浅出的带大家进行了探索：“看见存在”、“看见痛苦”以及“看见需要”，由最基础到最深层的看见，多和学生进行语言、眼神、行为上的交流，让每一个孩子被尊重，被认可，被支持。

译：Teacher Luo led all the teachers to think and discover what we can do for our students in our educational work. How can we enhance their happiness? How can we reduce and prevent serious psychological crises? "Being seen" is a strong inner desire for every student. Teacher Luo explored "seeing" from three aspects: "seeing existence," "seeing pain," and "seeing needs." From the most basic to the deepest level of "seeing," she encouraged communication with students through language, eye contact, and behavior, to make every child feel respected, recognized, and supported.

教师心理健康是孩子成长的幸福之源，更是学生心理健康发展的保证。学校生活中心也组织生活老师们进行了教师心理健康的培训学习，希望每一个陪伴孩子成长的老师，都能做一个是一个健康生活的人，真正认识自己，真正了解自己的教育管理工作，做孩子们幸福生活的引领者。相信老师们会树立积极的人生观和崇高的职业观，在日常教育管理工作中，学会疏解自己的压力和情绪，悦纳学生，关爱学生，让每一个孩子快乐阳光的学习与生活。
