原本山川，极命草木，一草一木皆是大自然馈赠给人类的礼物。在我国，中医药有着数千年悠久历史，是中华民族的瑰宝。为了让学生了解祖国传统医学，爱上中医药文化，上周四和本周一，我校小学部四、五年级的学生走进了垫江仙草园，开启了本学期的研学之旅。
译：Every plant and tree are gifts from nature to human beings. We should try our best to explore the origin of vegetation, because every plant has its own use. In China, traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of thousands of years and is a treasure of the Chinese nation. In order to let the students understand the traditional medicine of the motherland and fall in love with the culture of traditional Chinese medicine, last Thursday and this Monday, the fourth and fifth grades of our primary school walked into Dianjiang Xiancao Garden and started this semester's research journey.
一走进仙草园，同学们便被琳琅满目的中草药吸引了目光，这里瞅瞅，那里瞧瞧，生怕错过园里面的每处风景。活动的其中一项便是由90岁高龄的老中医爷爷带领学生了解熟知中草药文化。老师讲得认真，学生们听得专注，并向中医爷爷提出了自己的困惑。让他们小小的心灵埋下了传统中医的种子。
译：As soon as they entered the fairy grass garden, the students were attracted by the dazzling range of Chinese herbs. They looked here and there for fear of missing every scenery in the garden. One of the activities was led by a 90-year-old traditional Chinese medicine grandfather to familiarize students with the culture of Chinese herbal medicine. The teacher spoke seriously, the students listened attentively, and raised their confusion to the grandfather of traditional Chinese medicine. Let their little hearts sow the seeds of traditional Chinese medicine.
亲种植，知铁皮石斛
铁皮石斛素有“仙草”之称，本次研学主办方也为学生安排了自己动手种植铁皮石斛这一项活动。孩子们跃跃欲试，制作了属于自己的“盆栽”，认识到了“仙草”的各种功效。
译：Dendrobium is known as "fairy grass", and the organizer of this research has also arranged an activity for students to grow Dendrobium by themselves. The children were eager to try and made their own "potted plants" and realized the various effects of "fairy grass".
玫瑰花馒头的制作更是乐趣多多，在小朋友的精心制作下一朵朵玫瑰花不断绽放，小朋友们围着蒸笼更是满心欢喜期待。通过亲手制作中药馒头，学习其中中医药知识，寓教于乐的方式让小朋友们在兴趣中学习和成长。
译：The production of rose steamed buns was even more fun. The roses were constantly blooming in the children's elaborate production, and the children were full of joy and expectation around the steamer. By making Chinese medicine steamed buns by hand, learning the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, our students has gained a lot in an interesting way.
除了和中草药有关的活动以外，本次研学还特意为学生们安排了两项素质拓展活动，分别是趾压板跳绳和七色伞。通过这两个团队活动，让学生体会到了团结的重要性，增强了班级的凝聚力。
译：In addition to activities related to Chinese herbal medicine, this research had also specially arranged two quality development activities for students, namely, toe pressure plate skipping rope and seven-color umbrella. Through these two team activities, students could realize the importance of unity and enhance the cohesion of the class.
从《黄帝内经》到《本草纲目》，中医持续缔造着人类医学史上无数个世界第一。通过本次研学活动，让同学们近距离接触中草药，在玩中学，学中玩，是一次非常有意义的中医药探索之旅。此次活动既培养了大家对中华优秀传统文化的爱好与兴趣，又培养学生崇尚中医、珍爱生命的观念，弘扬中医国粹，增强文化自信、民族自豪。
译：From the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic to the Compendium of Materia Medica, traditional Chinese medicine continues to create countless world firsts in the history of human medicine. Through this research activity, students can have close contact with Chinese herbal medicine. It is a very meaningful exploration journey of traditional Chinese medicine. This activity not only cultivated everyone's love and interest in the excellent traditional Chinese culture, but also cultivated students' concept of advocating traditional Chinese medicine and cherishing life, promoting the national essence of traditional Chinese medicine, and enhancing cultural self-confidence and national pride.
