为了丰富学生的课外知识，拓展学生的眼界，提升学生的综合素养。本月我校小学部一到三年级跟随“青蓝荟”研学团走进长寿，开启“寿”文化的研学之旅。
译：In order to enrich students' extracurricular knowledge, expand students' horizon and improve their comprehensive quality, a study trip to Changshou has been held in Grade one to Grade three.
长寿地处重庆腹心地带，襟长江而临重庆主城，居渝东而挟三峡库区，史称“膏腴之地，鱼米之乡”，因其“东北有长寿山，居其下者，人多寿考”而得名。而长寿的“寿”文化则成了孩子们要了解的第一件事。本次研学课程，孩子们不仅了解了寿字的变化史，感受到了中华文化的底蕴，还参观了解了一百种寿字文化的写法，体会到了汉字的博大精深。
译：Changshou is located in the heart part of Chongqing, also the east of Chongqing. It’s facing the Yangtze River and near the Three Gorges Reservoir area. It’s praised as the Rich Land with Fish and Rice. There is a Changshou mountain in the northeast part, and people who live there are always longevous, so Changshou, which means being longevous, was named for this place. The first thing the children should learn is the culture of Shou of Changshou. In this study trip, the children can learn both the changes and one hundred handwriting styles of Shou character. They can feel the profound Chinese culture, and experience the broad and profound Chinese characters.
参观完了“寿”字便正式开启了孩子们一天的研学之旅。研学的目的是让学生走出教室，走进大自然走进生活的课堂，学习和书本不一样的色彩。本次研学之旅就为爱动手的孩子们准备了“多肉种植”这一环节，跟随着教官的殷切教导，一盆盆小多肉就在孩子们的手上诞生啦，每个孩子都如获至宝，生怕多肉宝宝摔了碰掉了。
译：After visiting the Shou character, the children started their study trip happily. The purpose of this trip is to let the children go out of the classroom, and go into the nature to learn different things. In this activity, the succulent plants were prepared for the children. Under the enthusiastic instruction of the instructors, pots of small succulent plants were planted under the hands of the children. They treated the succulent plants as their treasures for fear that the plants would fall down.
来到长寿湖，必不可少的项目当然是体验“皮划艇啦”。从没有一项运动让男生多一份优雅，令女生多一份果敢激扬，给孩子一次浪花之约，只为扬帆远航，在长寿湖让我们一起荡起双桨。皮划艇运动，除了让孩子感受水上运动的乐趣以外，还能让孩子体会到运动拼搏进取的精神。运动可以教会孩子怎么面对困难，怎么去找到战胜困难的方法，怎么样坚定自己的意志去实现目标。
译：To the Changshou Lake, the essential item is of course to experience "Kayaking". There has never been a sport that has made the boys more graceful and the girls bolder. Just give the children a date with the spray to set sail. Let us swing together in the Changshou Lake. Kayak sports, which makes the children feel the fun of water sports, what’s more, it lets the children experience the spirit of fighting and struggling. Sports can teach the children how to face difficulties, how to find a way to overcome difficulties, and how to strengthen their will to achieve goals.
为提高班级凝聚力，提升学生的综合素质，本次研学活动还针对每个班级开展了“班级拓展”活动。旨在培养学生的团队合作能力和奉献精神，锻炼他们的勇气和战胜困难的决心。
译：In order to improve the cohesion of the class, and enhance the comprehensive quality of the students, a "class expansion" activity was carried out for each class. It aimed to cultivate students' teamwork ability and dedication, and trained their courage and determination to overcome difficulties.
同学们带着满满的收获返回学校，充实而愉快的研学之旅划上圆满的句号。每位同学的内心在经过历练之后都沉甸甸的，它们化作心里的一颗颗种子，种在成长的路上，成就了一段美好的记忆，一段不一样的成长旅程……
译：The students returned to school with full harvest, which means the full and happy study trip has come to a successful end. Each student learned a lot from this study trip, and the inner power has turned into a seed, planted in their heart. The experience of this study trip has been an unforgettable memory on the road of their growth.
