Here are four procedures of this meeting.

本次初三英语中考复习研讨会共有五个流程。

First of all, Mr. Li Qiang, an English teacher in Grade Three of Fuling Foreign Language School brought a wonderful English reading demonstration class combined with senior high school entrance examination. 

首先，由重庆市涪陵外国语学校初三英语教师李强带来一堂精彩的结合中考实战的英语阅读展示课。

Mr. Tang shared his experience on the review strategy of senior high school entrance examination. He mentioned that the review must closely follow the teaching textbooks, and combine the auxiliary materials with the students' regular and quantitative exercises. In addition, Mr. Tang shared his method of reviewing the composition. According to different topics in daily life, the teacher sorts out the writing materials, and completes them one by one based on the four steps of vocabulary provision, good sentences application, conception writing and embellishment. Also, the teacher strictly requires recitation of beautiful articles and finally strengthens writing and pays attention to details, so as to make students' compositions truly beautiful.

涪陵十五中学唐忠正老师就中考复习策略进行了经验分享。他提到，中考复习，一定要紧跟教材，同时将辅助资料和学生的定时定量练习有机结合。此外，唐老师分享了自己对于中考作文复习的方法。结合日常生活中不同的话题，由老师进行写作素材梳理，并按照词汇提供，佳句套用，构思写作，润色整理四个步骤逐一完成文章，同时，严格要求美文背诵，坚持多输入才能优输出的原则，最后，强化书写，注重细节，让学生的作文真正美起来。

Mr. Wang, with many years of rich experience in senior high school English teaching, he emphasized the importance of effective connection of English between junior high school and senior high school, analyzed the key points of various types of tests, and pointed out that improving reading ability is the key to the success of senior high school English. At the same time, Mr. Wang highly praised Mr.Li Qiang's training and cultivation of students' reading skills in this class. He believed that this is one of the embodiment of effective cohesion.

涪陵第五中学王林海老师有多年丰富的高中英语教学经验，会上，他着重强调了初升高英语学科有效衔接的重要性，分析了高中英语各类题型的考查重点，并指出提高阅读能力是高中英语成功的关键。同时，王老师高度赞扬我校李强老师这节课对于学生阅读技巧的训练和培养，他认为这便是有效衔接的体现之一。

Fourth, Ms. Xu Xiaoling, the leader of Chongqing Fuling Foreign Language School's English Teacher Studio, has given a speech on the English teaching of Fuling Foreign Language School.

大会第四项，涪陵外国语学校名师工作室主持人徐晓玲老师交流英语教育教学工作。

Ms. Xu said that because of the guidance of the school culture, the meticulous management of wisdom room and the promotion of passion education, all English teachers in our primary school, junior high school and international high school have been making great efforts to create English characteristics and brand schools.

徐老师谈到，因为有了学校文化的引领，智慧室精细的管理，激情教育的促进，我校小学部，初中部，国际高中全体英语教师为打造英语特色，创建品牌学校，一直充满激情地不断努力着。

From the aspect of teachers' professional growth, teachers help each other and make plans for learning and growth by worshiping teachers and educators; through actively carrying out various effective teaching and research activities, young teachers grow up quickly and show their talents in various positions. Especially in recent years, English teachers have participated in competitions of and above district levels, and has won the first prize of teaching contest every year. They have grown into a group of excellent young teachers.

从教师专业成长方面，老师们互助共进，拜教学师傅，拜教育师傅，做学习成长规划；通过积极开展各种有效的教育教研活动，年轻老师成长很快，并在各个岗位崭露头角。特别是最近几年英语老师们参加区级以上赛课年年获得教学大比武一等奖等.成长为一批优秀的青年教师。

In terms of students' ability training, teachers of English group carry out a series of activities on Foreign Language Festival every year, organizing students to actively participate in various competitions, strive to be interesting and effective, so as to further stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning English and promote English teaching in our school in turn. In recent years, the special English curriculum is an indispensable part of building a special foreign language school. Drama course and model English course have gradually become more and more interesting English classes for students.

学生能力培养方面，每年英语组老师们有计划地开展全校外语节系列活动，组织学生积极参加各种比赛，力争做到有趣有效，从而进一步激发学生学习英语的热情，同时也促进我校的英语教学。最近一年，特色英语课程设置,是打造特色外国语学校的不可或缺的一部分。戏剧课程、典范英语课程逐步成为学生越来越喜爱的趣味英语课堂。

Fifth, Ms. Gong Min, the instructor of Institute of English Education of Fuling to made an important speech.

大会第五项，涪陵区教科所英语教研员龚敏老师作重要发言。

In view of the review teaching of senior high school entrance examination, Ms. Gong proposed that the review class can be operated according to the following steps, self-review before class→breakthrough of key and difficult points in class→consolidation and application→expansion and improvement→ detection and reflection. Meanwhile, the teachers should follow three principles: autonomy, pertinence and systematicness.

针对中考复习教学，龚老师提出，复习课可以按以下步骤进行操作：课前自主复习→课中重难点突破→巩固运用→拓展提升→检测反思。同时应遵守三大原则：自主性原则，针对性原则和系统性原则。

In practice, first of all, strengthen the awareness of curriculum standards and take the study of teaching materials seriously. Secondly, we should strengthen the study of senior high school entrance examination and consolidate the language foundation. Third, strengthen text interpretation and attach importance to the cultivation of thinking. Finally, improve the ability of expression, strengthen the cultivation of learning ability. Ms. Gong stressed that English teaching must pay attention to cultural infiltration and thinking cultivation. Teaching design should be closely combined with the core qualities of English subjects, namely language ability, learning ability, cultural awareness and thinking quality. Because only in this way can we cultivate future-wise men and useful talents in this modern society.

在实际操作中，首先，强化课标意识，重视教材研读。其次，加强中考研究，夯实语言基础。第三，强化文本解读，重视思维培养。最后，提高表达能力，加强学习能力培养。龚老师强调，英语教学一定要注重文化渗透和思维培养，教学设计应紧密结合英语学科核心素养，即语言能力，学习能力，文化意识和思维品质。只有这样，才能培养出未来的智者，培养出现代社会的有用之才。
