为了响应双减政策，实施新课程理念，同时更快促进青年教师快速成长,优化教师队伍，涪陵外国语学校初中数学组特邀请了涪陵区教育科学研究所黄良信主席莅临指导。黄主席参加了我校初中部数学教研活动，为我校初中全体数学教师指导新课程理念，以提高全体教师的综合素质。

译：To respond to the double subtraction policy, implement the new curriculum concept, and at the same time promote the rapid growth of young teachers and optimize the teaching team. The junior high school mathematics group of Fuling Foreign Language School specially invited Chairman Huang Liangxin of the Fuling District Educational Science Institute to guide. Chairman Huang participated in the mathematics teaching and research activities of our school's junior high school. He drove all the mathematics teachers of our school's junior high school on the new curriculum concept to improve the comprehensive quality of all teachers.

此次活动主要是分为上课+评课+培训三个环节开展，九年级邓佳老师带来一堂精彩的公开课——《锐角三角函数》，获得黄主席和其他老师的一致好评。

译：The activity was mainly divided into three parts: class + evaluation + training. The ninth-grade teacher Deng Jia brought an excellent open class-"Acute Angle Trigonometric Function", highly praised by Chairman Huang and other teachers.

整堂课思路清晰，目标明确，步骤流畅，效果较好。邓老师通过引导学生观察、猜想、验证步步研究问题，让学生在探究的过程中突破重难点，渗透数学中由特殊到一般的数学思想，培养学生养成不断思考总结归纳的能力。教学充分尊重了学生学习的主体地位，强调小组合作探究性学习，让学生在轻松的氛围下自主、高效地学习。

This inquiry process allows students to break essential and complex points. 黄主席组织全体教师参与评课，提出教学设计应注重探究过程，让学生感悟数学思想，在探究过程中突破教学重难点。“双减”背景下，作业分层设计，让人人都获得良好的数学教育，让不同的学生在数学中得到不同的发展。

其后，黄主席为我校全体初中教师开展了作业设计与管理培训会，在双减政策下如何布置作业值得全体教师思考。黄主席表示，必须规范教育行为，确立“以学生发展为本”的素质教育理念，一年内有效减轻学生负担，三年内作业改革成效显著。

同时，初中部举行了第四届教学大比武颁奖仪式，有幸邀请到唐部长、黄主席为获奖教师颁奖。

感谢黄主席倾情参与此次教研活动，并为我校初中数学全体教师指导新课程理念教学。本次活动不仅为青年老师提供了一个学习的舞台，也为他们营造了一个相互学习、相互交流、不断探索、不断反思的良好互动氛围，让他们实实在在获得了如何上好一节课的宝贵经验,有效促进青年教师的专业化成长，为提高教学质量发挥了重要作用。
