是日下午，长寿区教育系统2021年区级以上优秀人才培训班50 余名校长，在长江师范学院教师教育学院培训部刘老师的带领下，走进涪陵外国语学校，校长魏昌龙热情地接待了远道而来的访团。

He talked about what is the most concerned issue of the common people in today's society, the background of the "double reduction" policy, and the details of the "double reduction" policy. Then he thus proposed that the essence of "double reduction" is actually to improve quality. 于是，魏校长就如何打造高效课堂进行了详细的讲解。他认为“高效课堂是师生双主互动的课堂，高效课堂的实质是80%的学生当堂检测的分数在80分以上。”所以，他探究了学习的有效策略（学会自学）、课堂五问、5+1课堂模式等问题。最后，魏校长阐释了“好的教育的九大定律”，涪外也因此创造了较辉煌的业绩。
