为落实立德树人根本任务，有效实施“双减”政策，贯彻“五育并举”精神，进一步推动和促进班主任队伍建设，助力班主任专业化成长，涪陵外国语学校初中部于2022年1月20日召开了2021年秋期班主任述职大会，分年级和班级进行汇报总结。

毋庸置疑，九年级的班主任团队在经过两年的磨合之后有了更好的默契，也都在各方面取得了喜人的成绩。杨晓老师强调“信任是良好师生关系的开始”，王猛老师特别分享了自己在后进生转换工作的宝贵经验，王元高老师对于学生“爱校”内涵的传递既有价值，又有力量，龙廷勇老师为学生制作各种视频，聚焦精彩瞬间，宣传学校生活，邓佳老师根据班情进行差异化教育，徐晓玲老师着重强调了人人目标树立，以及对英语组的优异成果进行了回顾。

最后，唐小琴部长针对本次述职发表了独到的点评，以自己成果斐然的班主任历程为我们树立了模范，更是结合几个班主任个例的精彩讲演，对新老教师进行了激励与鼓舞。她强调，要成为一个有思路、爱学习的班主任，更要明确“其身正，不令而从；其身不正，虽令不从。”只有这样，才能为未来的更高要求而奠基。
