3月6日学校召开第四周行政会议，校长魏昌龙在听取各教学部、学校职能部门负责人工作汇报和下阶段工作安排后，对今后一段工作提出了明确要求，并且以“什么是沟通”为主线对行政干部进行了培训。魏校长强调：我们学校管理者，要跳出学校办教育，立足全局搞管理，基于时代建课程，放眼长远抓质量。

译：The school held the fourth week’s administrative meeting on March 6th. After listening to the work reports from the heads of various teaching departments and functional departments of the school and the work arrangement for the next stage, Headmaster Wei Changlong put forward clear requirements for the future work, and trained administrative cadres on the main line of "what is communication". Headmaster Wei emphasized that a school administrator should jump out of the school to develop education, manage based on the overall situation, create courses based on the epoch, and focus on quality in the long term.

他说，集团非常重视我们学校、涪陵区委区政府非常看好我们的学校，全体干部不要忘集团的重托、涪陵区委区政府的期望，要砥砺前行，创造卓越。

具体怎么做呢？魏校长给出了有理论高度又切实可行的方案。

一是，要跳出学校办教育。教育”的概念远比“学校”的概念要深刻而广泛，不要把思维局限在“学校”这么大，更不要把学校办成办成师生的心灵屠宰场，而是要立足教育的本质办学校，把学校打造成家。学校要有“家”的文化，是师生心灵的栖息地。

译：First, we need to jump out of the school to develop education. Make the school a home. The school needs to have the culture about ‘home’, which is the habitat of teachers and students' souls.

二是要立足全局搞管理。 好的教育是多重要素构成的复合体，影响学校发展的要素是多要素的系统工程，学校管理者一定要站在全局的高度搞管理，协调教师、家长、学生和社会多方诉求，完成“德智体美劳”育人目标，这需要学会沟通、善于沟通。沟通就是人与人之间，人与群体之间思想与感情的传递和反馈的过程，以求思想达成一致和感情的畅通；沟通就是情绪的转移，信息的传递，感觉的互动。点头、微笑、倾听、回应、记笔记是我们与教师、家长和学生沟通的应有的动作。特别是我们要倡导“微笑”文化，微笑是一种境界，是一种自信，是一种艺术，是一种实力，但最终表现为一种修行。修行表现为“内修”和“外修”，“内修”体现在净心和静心，“外修”就是要有敬畏心、进取心、合作心。各部部长要站在育人的前列，定期与家长、学生面对面。

School administrators must arrange management work from an overall perspective, and coordinate the demands of teachers, parents, students, and society to achieve the goal of ‘all around development of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetics and labour education’. This requires learning to communicate and be good at communication. Ministers of various ministries should stand at the forefront of educating people and regularly meet with parents and students face to face.

三是要基于时代建课程。未来已来,人工智能赋能新时代，信息化管理是历史发展的趋势，AI已经进入我们的千家万户。学校应站在更高的起点上，进一步理顺学校育人目标与课程体系的关系，重新构建十二年一贯制的学校课程方案，进一步探索国家课程校本化的实施路径，厘清兴趣活动、学生社团与校本课程的关系，校本课程的开发与开设应与学校的课程体系融为一体，克服随意性、碎片化。要呈现我们一批特色课程，比如编程、数学好玩、3D、与农科院共建的劳动课程等等。

译：Third, create courses based on the epoch. The school should stand at a higher starting point to further straighten out the relationship between the school's educational goals and the curriculum system to rebuild the curriculum plan of 12-year coherent school. The development and offering of school-based curriculum should be integrated with the school's curriculum system, and should overcome randomness and fragmentation. We need to present a number of characteristic courses such as programming, 'Math is fun', 3D, labor courses jointly built with the Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and so on.

四是放眼长远抓质量。深刻认识教育的基础性、先导性、全局性的地位和作用，深刻认识教育在应对世界百年未有之大变局中的机遇和挑战，在质量这个问题上既要准确识变、科学应变、主动求变，也要把教育质量提升作为永恒的话题。要高举质量大旗，坚持质量导向；提高师资队伍整体质量，抓备课、管理、考核等关键要素的质量；提升系统思维，课程教学、保障服务联动的质量，提升“双减”和“五项管理”落实的质量。

译：Fourth, focus on quality in the long term. On the issue of quality, we must not only accurately recognize changes, respond scientifically, and actively seek changes, but also take the improvement of education quality as an eternal topic.
