3月8日中午，涪陵外国语学校在报告厅举行教职工大会，隆重表彰秦齐、王宇飞、杨晓蓉、韩娟、王艳、黄娅、唐鑫缘、张寒、龙梅、叶海燕、传丹、余红霞、文瑶等13位我校获得“三八红旗手”称号的教师，校长魏昌龙、党总支书记乐三奎代表学校给她们颁发证书和奖金。

大会上，王旭部长宣读重庆市涪陵外国语学校关于2022年“三八红旗手”表扬的通报，身着正装的男士领导干部给他们献上了鲜花，充分体现了学校“家”的文化理念。接着三八红旗手代表秦齐用沙画“美丽的涪外”为背景，向全体教师发出三点倡议；张寒用流利的标准的英语开场，介绍了她对涪外的“一见钟情”，分享了她怎么样成为一名优秀的教育、教学工作者，班级荣获“激情班级”称号的奋斗历程；传丹老师用案例，娓娓道来，庄严宣誓：女性也能顶起教育的天。
