受我国传统文化影响,性一直处于禁锢状态，人们常羞于谈性,耻于谈性。然而，当孩子们进入青春期，生理和心理逐步向成人过渡，性心理无可避免地开始萌芽，必然会产生对性知识探究的渴望。

译：Influenced by traditional culture, sex has always been in a state of imprisonment, hence, people are often ashamed to talk about sex. However, when children become adolescents, they’re more mature in physiology and psychology, and sexual psychology inevitably begins to sprout, which inevitably leads to the desire for the exploration of sexual knowledge.

通过这堂别开生面的心理讲座，同学们对两性知识有了更加积极深刻的认识，让青春之花理性绽放！

译：Through this unique psychological lecture, the students all have a deeper understanding of sexual relations, letting the flower of youth bloom rationally!

为了进一步帮助五年级的男、女生掌握了解青春期生理和心理的发展变化，顺利渡过青春期，我校于2022年3月4日上午第三、四节课开展男、女生青春期专场讲座，男、女生分别参加了讲座。此次活动邀请了我校黄月培和王艳两位老师授课。

译：In order to help students in grade five understand their physiological and psychological changes of adolescence, two lectures were held for boys and girls respectively on March 4th, 2022 in our school. Miss Huang Yuepei and Miss Wang Yan were invited to give the students the lectures.

女生专场由王艳老师授课，在授课的过程中结合青春期女生生理、心理特点，运用多媒体课件，以生动、幽默、活泼的语言，深深吸引了在场的全体女生，就女生青春期的生理、心理特征以及卫生保健、预防早恋等方面知识并结合鲜活的案例向女生们作了讲解和宣传，让女生们对青春期的生理、心理有了更进一步的认识。

译：The lecture for girls was delivered by Miss Wang. During the lecture, she talked about the girls’ puberty characteristics in physiology and psychology, the health care, and the prevention of puppy love. The girls were deeply attracted by the vivid and lively ways by which Miss Wang expressed her lecture. All the girls had a deep understanding of their physiological and psychological characteristics of adolescence.

男生专场由黄月培老师授课，借助视频、图片等多媒体形式，从男生青春期的生理、心理、卫生保健、自我保护等方面进行详细地讲解，道出了青春的美丽，为男生们揭开了青春期男生生理变化，心理变化。

译：The lecture for boys was delivered by Miss Huang. With the help of multimedia, she expressed her lecture in detail, including the physiology and psychology of adolescence, the health care and self-protection, uncovering the physiological and psychological changes of adolescent boys.

通过这次讲座，男生、女生更全面、深入地了解青春期生理、心理变化等健康知识，増强了他们安全防范意识，懂得了如何保护自己，真正做一个自信、快乐的人。

译：Through the lectures, all the boys and girls had a more comprehensive understanding of their physiological and psychological characteristics of adolescence. They also enhanced their safety awareness of how to protect themselves. Thus, they can really be a confident and happy people in life.
