为了优化育人环境，让每一个涪外的孩子拥有更幸福的童年，引导孩子们从小热爱生活，在劳动中去感受快乐，见证幸福成长的足迹。涪陵外国语学校小学部在3月9日举行了“比赛展风采，童年梦飞扬”为主题的生活技能大赛，希望涪外学子在百花齐放的春天里，自由绽放属于自己的色彩。

译： On March 9th,in order to optimize the education environment, let every child in our school have a happier childhood, guide children to love life and feel happy in the labor and to witness the footprints of happy growth. Our Primary School held a life skills competition with the theme of "Show Your Talent and Fly Your Childhood Dream". We hope students in our school can freely blossom their own colors in spring when hundreds of flowers are blooming.  

比赛开始啦，随着哨声响起，孩子们马上行动起来，瞧那有条不紊，全神贯注的样子，真是可爱极啦。孩子们有计划的分组合作，合理分配任务：有的整理床铺，有的折叠被子，有的收拾衣物，有的整理衣柜，有的清洗洗漱台，最后大家齐心协力，一起把地板也打扫得光亮整洁。

译：As the whistle sounded, the game began. The children immediately sprang into action.They are so organized, so focused and so cute. The children worked in groups in a planned way and allocated tasks reasonably. Some made beds. Some folded quilts. Some picked up clothes. Some tidied wardrobes. Some cleaned the wash table. Finally they worked together to clean the floor bright and tidy.  

看那方块一样的被子是怎么叠起来的呀:一展、二折、三压、四平，孩子们像小蜜蜂一样飞舞起来啦，跳动着，观察着，忙碌着，举手投足间露出的都是自信成熟的模样，不一会，床铺平整了，被子叠出了棱角，像豆腐般的方块就展现在我们眼前。再看看那镜子般光亮的洗漱台，摆出了一条线的洗漱用品，衣柜里整齐的衣物，床下摆放得犹如一排排士兵似的鞋子，无不让人感叹，孩子们真是太能干啦！

译：See how that square quilt is folded.First, expand. Second, fold. Third, pressure. Fourth, flatten.The children were like little bees, jumping and watching and busying.All the gestures and actions revealed are confident and mature.After a while, the beds were made smooth, the quilts were folded into edges and corners, and the tofu blocks of general square were revealed in front of us.Let’s take a look at the mirror which is like a bright table. They put out a line of toiletries. The neat clothes in the closet and the shoes in a line under the bed. All make people sigh. The children are really too capable!  

短短十分钟，阳光下的寝室窗明几净，整齐规范，“快静齐”体现得淋漓尽致。孩子们激情满怀，高高昂扬着头，自信大方地列队等待老师们的评分。比赛扣人心弦，精彩纷呈，老师们看得目不暇接，不停围绕在孩子们周围，为孩子们拍照，为孩子们加油，为孩子们喝彩，老师们全都成了孩子们的小粉丝啦！

译：Just ten minutes, the dormitory Windows under the sun are bright and clean, neat and standard. "Fast, static, orderly"situation reflected incisively and vividly. With their heads held high, the children lined up confidently to be marked by their teachers.  The game is exciting, wonderful.The teachers were so dizzying that they kept surrounding the children, taking photos for the children, and cheering for the children . The teachers all became the children's  fans!  

台上一分钟，台下十年功，孩子们能干的生活自理能力可不是一朝一夕之间培养出来的。瞧，为了培养孩子良好的生活自理能力，生活老师们用妈妈一样的温暖细致，手把手地指导着孩子们叠被子，整理床铺和衣柜，收拾洗漱台，整理着装.......他们用爱心和耐心，指导着孩子学习生活技能，让每一个孩子都能拥有良好的生活自理能力，在生活中成为一个自信从容，充满快乐的涪外学子。孩子们用良好的自理能力和热爱劳动的精神，打动了评委老师们的心，大红烫金的奖状证明了优秀的自己。生活老师们天天的的陪伴和引导，可爱的她们也成为了孩子们最喜欢的人。

译：One minute on stage, ten years off stage.Children's ability to take care of themselves is not developed overnight.In order to cultivate the children's good ability to take care of themselves, life teachers just like mothers, hand in hand to guide the children to fold the quilt, make up the bed and wardrobe, clean up the wash table, tidy up the dress...  With love and patience, they guide children to learn life skills, so that every child can have good self-care ability, and become a confident, calm and happy students in CQ Fuling Foreign language School. With daily companionship and guidance, life teachers have become children's favorite people.

译："It is better to teach a man how to fish than to give a man fish". Quality education is not only to help, but also to cultivate the ability to think and solve problems independently. I hope that children in the activities to enhance the sense of collective honor, unity and cooperation, to show positive spiritual outlook and good life ability and have a civilized and healthy life character.  Those displayed today is the most beautiful picture of Fuwai students' campus life. Tomorrow, we will pave the way for our children's happy future!
