“绝不私自下河游泳，绝不擅自与同学结伴游泳，绝不无家长或老师带领的情况下游泳，绝不在无安全设施、无救护人员的水域玩耍、游泳，发现有人溺水，拒不盲目施救。”坚定的誓言，铿锵激越，声震苍穹。这是涪陵外国语学校全体师生在2022年4月21日防溺水安全教育启动仪式上的誓言。

译："Never swim in the river without permission; never swim with classmates without permission; never swim without the guidance of parents or teachers; never play or swim in waters without safety facilities or ambulance personnel; If find someone drowning, never take rescue measures blindly. " The sonorous and powerful oath has resounded through the sky. This was the oath of all teachers and students in Fuling Foreign Language School at the launching ceremony of drowning prevention safety education on April 21, 2022.

为切实做好学校防溺水工作，有效减少学生溺水事件的发生，重庆市涪陵外国语学校根据上级要求举行了防溺水安全教育启动仪式，全体师生参加了此次启动仪式。

防溺水安全教育

在防溺水安全教育启动仪式上，一张张和溺水相关的图片震撼人心，场面十分凄惨，同时也为同学们敲响了警钟。看了这些图片，每一位同学心里都不会感到轻松。他们纷纷感到惋惜：一个个年轻的生命就这样在世界上转瞬消失！

防溺水安全教育

怎样才能避免这些溺水事故发生呢？我们应该怎么做呢？学校安稳办主任胡斌阳引导同学们思考在生活中的正确做法，并在启动仪式上宣读了“预防溺水，健康成长”的倡议书，希望同学们熟记于心，绝不能去尝试。同学们都举起右手，郑重宣誓，誓将防溺水安全教育牢记于心。最后，纷纷签名，写下自己的心愿。

译：How can these drowning accidents be avoided? What should we do? Hu Binyang, director of the school's safety and security office, guided the students to think about the correct practices in life, and read out the proposal of "drowning prevention and healthy growth" at the launching ceremony. He hoped that the students would memorize it by heart and never try it.
