为适应新时代的教育理念，提高班主任综合素养，我校初中部于2022年4月27日举办了第五届班主任基本功大赛，旨在让各年级优秀班主任代表分享带班育人方略，交流、沟通并创新合适的教育方法和策略，达到培养“四有”学生，打造文明、优秀、卓越班级的最终目的。

译：In order to adapt to the education concept of the new era and improve the comprehensive quality of head teachers, the Middle School partment in Chongqing Fuling Forgein Language School held the Fifth Basic Skills Competition of head teachers on April 27, 2022. The competition aims to enable outstanding head teachers of three grades to share their strategies of leading and educating students, exchange, communicate and innovate appropriate education methods and strategies, and achieve the cultivation of "four talents" students, building civilized, excellent, excellent class's and grade's ultimate goal.

字里行间渗透的“爱”的教育不过是冰山一角，背后的思虑和考量、宽容与理解，更是完美地融入了他们的日常管理之中。不论是结合中小学生守则和学生阶段性发展规律而制定的班级公约，或是经常、适时而又恳切的交流与沟通，还是“学生教育学生”的系列主题班会，以及特殊问题特殊解决的灵活处理方式，都是各位班主任在实践中不断探索并一直在检验的成功秘籍。

译：The education of "love" is just one tip of the iceberg. The thought and consideration, tolerance and understanding behind it are perfectly integrated into their daily management. Whether it is a student code ----a combination of primary and middle school students and a periodic law of development of students, or often, timely and sincere communication, or "student education students" series of theme class meetings, as well as flexible processing of the special problems of special ways, are showing our head teachers have been continuously exploring the successful techniques of this project.

不难发现，诸位口中出现最频繁的关键词是“共情”与“用心”。在教育学生之前，教师也要同样做到换位思考，体验他们的内心世界。固然，合适的教育方法策略是捷径，但拥有一颗真正为学生着想的心也同样重要。精彩的讲演背后，是付出、是成长也是爱的汇聚与蜕变。

译：Not surprisingly, the most frequent keywords are "empathy" and "mindfulness." Before teaching students, teachers should also do the same empathy, experiencing their inner world. Of course, appropriate education methods and strategies are shortcuts, but it is equally important to have a real heart for students. 最后，宋仲春老师特别发表了精辟且独到的评议。纵观十位年轻班主任的现场比赛，有以下亮点：

一、模式规范，条理清晰。老师们都能遵循“目标”——“理念”——“策略”——“成效”的规范模式，环环相扣，结构完整。

译：First, the model is standardized and clear. The teachers are able to follow the normative pattern of "goal" -- "idea" -- "strategy" -- "effect", which is interlinked and complete in structure.

二、观点鲜明，说理充分。老师们选取的育人案例和教育方面的名人名言，既有针对性，又有说服力，很好地支撑了自己的观点，使方略更具有可操作性。

译：Second, clear point of view, fully reasoned. The educational cases and famous sayings selected by teachers are both targeted and persuasive, which well support their views and make their strategies more operable.

三、态度端正，情感真挚。无论是新上任的班主任还是资历稍长的班主任，他们把情感融入了自己的方略，仿佛这不是一场比赛，而是一场交流，一场展示，真正体现了新一代班主任的风范。

同时，宋老师也提出了合理的建议：1、要突出带班育人方略的个性化。2、典型的案例要讲出感人的效果，要注意语气语调的变化，掌握语速的快慢，把握感情基调。3、脱稿讲述也许可以更好地倾注激情。

译：At the same time, Mr. Song also put forward reasonable suggestions: 1, to highlight the individualization of teaching strategies. 2, the typical case to tell the touching effect, pay attention to the change of tone and intonation, master the speed of speech, grasp the emotional tone. 3. 合理且有效的教育方略是值得借鉴的，但更重要的是结合学情，走出自己的路。希望这次比赛，推动我校班主任队伍建设的发展，为实现我校由优秀向卓越发展迈出更加坚实的脚步！

译：Reasonable and effective education strategy is worthy of reference, but more important is to walk out of their own way combining with the situation.
