重庆市涪陵区教育委员会、重庆市涪陵区城市管理局主办，重庆市涪陵外国语学校承办的涪陵区生活垃圾分类演讲比赛2022年4月28日历时12多个小时，在我校烽火报告厅圆满结束。我校七年级一班黄昕怡同学获得初中生组第一名。

译：On April 28th, 2022, the Domestic Waste Classification Speech Contest in Fuling District, hosted by Chongqing Fuling District Education Committee and Chongqing Fuling District Urban Administration Bureau and organized by Chongqing Fuling Foreign Language School has successfully completed in the Beacon Lecture Hall of our school, which lasted over 12 hours. Huang Xinyi from our school's seventh-year has won the first prize in the junior high school group.

8时，来自全区50多个教管中心、直属学校的小学生27位、初中生21位、教师50位选手和带队教师、指导教师等齐聚我校烽火报告厅，涪陵区委教育工委委员、区教委副主任张德强，涪陵区城市管理局党委委员陈正岗，涪陵区城市管理局城乡环卫科科长严玮，涪陵区机关事务局节能专职干部冯颖和涪陵外国语学校校长魏昌龙等领导嘉宾到会参加开幕式。8点30分开幕式在奏唱国歌中拉开序幕，涪陵区教委体卫艺科副科长吴小平主持开幕式，涪陵区委教育工委委员、区教委副主任张德强代表主办单位发表了讲话，涪陵区城市管理局党委委员陈正岗宣布开幕。

译：At 8:00 in the morning, 27 primary school students, 21 junior high school students, 50 teacher contestants, leading teachers and instructors from more than 50 schools in the district gathered in the Beacon Lecture Hall of our school. Zhang Deqiang (member of the Education Working Committee of the Fuling District Committee and deputy director of the District Education Committee), Chen Zhenggang(member of the Party Committee of the Fuling District Urban Administration), Yan Wei(Section Chief of the Urban and Rural Sanitation Section of the Fuling District Urban Administration), Feng Ying (a full-time cadre of energy conservation at the Fuling District Office Affairs Bureau) and Headmaster Wei Changlong from Fuling Foreign Language School and other leading guests attended the opening ceremony. The opening ceremony kicked off at 8:30 with the singing of the national anthem. Wu Xiaoping (deputy head of the Sports, Health and Arts Section of the Fuling District Education Commission) presided over the opening ceremony. Zhang Deqiang delivered a speech on behalf of the organizer, and Chen Zhenggang officially opened the contest.

本次比赛，涪陵区城市管理局城乡环卫科一级主任科员廖永江，涪陵区机关事务局节能专职干部冯颖，幼教高级教师、重庆市特级教师、涪陵区教科所师训室主任、幼儿教育教研员敖娇娅，音乐高级教师、涪陵区教科所音乐教研员李中萍，心理健康高级教师、涪陵区教科所心理健康教研员刘小英担任评委。

译：During this competition, Liao Yongjiang(the first-level chief member of the Urban and Rural Sanitation Section of the Fuling District Urban Administration Bureau), Feng Ying(a full-time energy-saving cadre of the Fuling District Office Affairs Bureau) , Ao Jiaoya (a senior preschool teacher, a professorial special-grade teacher in Chongqing, the director of the teacher training room of the Fuling District Educational Institute, and early childhood education researcher),  Li Zhongping (a senior music teacher and a music researcher at the Institute of Education), and Liu Xiaoying (a senior teacher of mental health and a a researcher of the Fuling District Educational Research Institute), served as judges.

学校对承办这次活动高度重视，成立了以校长魏昌龙为组长，党总支书记、副书记和各部部长为副组长的领导小组，正高级语文教师宋仲春为教练，多次指导选手。

经过激烈比拼，在评委认真、公正评判下，涪陵实验小学袁乙心、涪陵城七校李馥玚、江东凉塘小学张诗悦，涪陵外国语学校黄昕怡、涪陵十四中舒钰婷，涪陵区幼儿园徐楠鑫、区机关幼儿园陈极、涪陵十四中龙先清、城区第五幼儿园谭琴、涪陵城七校施艺分别获得小学组、初中组和教师组一等奖。

译：Fuling Foreign Language school attached great importance to organizing this competition, and has established a leading group with the Headmaster Wei Changlong as the team leader, the party secretary, deputy secretary and ministers as the deputy team leaders. Song Zhongchun ,the senior Chinese teacher, has guided the players many times as the coach.

After intense competition, under the serious and fair judgment from the judges, Yuan Yixin from Fuling Experimental Primary School , Li Fuyue of Fuling City No. 7 , Zhang Shiyue of Jiangdong Liangtang Primary School, Huang Xinyi from Fuling Foreign Language School, Shu Yuting of Fuling No. 14 Middle School, Xu Nanxin of Fuling District Kindergarten, and Chen Ji from Fuling District Authority Kindergarten, Long Xianqing of Fuling No. 14 Middle School, Tan Qin from Urban No. 5 Kindergarten, and Shiyi from Fuling City No. 7 primary school respectively won the first prizes for primary school students group, junior high school students group and teachers group .

本次活动，不仅仅是一次围绕垃圾分类的演讲比赛，各参赛学校提高政治站位，把活动提高到贯彻落实习近平总书记生态文明思想，促进校园生态文明建设的高度来认识。有的学校经过初赛、复赛等多个环节，选出优秀选手，再进一步打磨演讲稿。

译：This event was not just a speech contest around garbage sorting. The participating schools developed the aims of the activity to the height of implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought and promoting the construction of campus ecological civilization. Some schools selected outstanding players and further polished their speeches through multiple processes such as preliminary rounds and semi-finals.

部分参赛代表队，利用休息时间参观了我校校园，对涪外的风景秀美、鸟语花香的校园，一流的食堂文化建设，学生的文明习惯养成等赞口不绝，有的老师说，来到涪外，所看到的一切，就是一篇很好的贯彻习总书记生态文明思想典范的演讲稿。

译：Some teams have visited our campus during their free time. They placed high value on the scanning scenery, first-class cafeteria culture and the students' civilized habits in Fuling Foreign Language School. Some teachers said that what they saw at Fuling Foreign Language School was a speech that well implemented General Secretary Xi's model of ecological civilization.
