高中部部长王强以“艰难困苦创卓越，玉汝于成向未来”为题报告了一年的工作，首先他从认识论层面，谈了一年的感受，对涪外的认识多了一份景仰！对老师们的状态多了一份欣赏！对于自己所担负的这份责任多了一份敬重！非常庆幸能成为涪外大家庭的一员，与大家一道，爱护涪外、建设涪外。高中部在困难面前不退缩，在挑战面前不惧怕，圆满完成了目标任务，一是完成了招收高三复读生4个班，学生194人，高一7个班，学生318人，二是高三复读生2021年高考后的入口成绩上特殊线25人，本科线142人。2022年高考上特殊线125人，本科191人，入围清华北大初审要求5人，入围高校专项计划2人，进入清华大学录取条件1人。三是高一年级入校最好成绩为全区第19名，前50各仅占5人，上期高一统考，全区前10名占6人；四是教研教改氛围浓厚，全区教学大比武有7位教师参加，4人获一等奖，其中物理学科四位教师参加物理教学基本功大赛获得9个一等奖，五是德育工作扎实有效，德育成为涪外靓丽的风景线。

Wang Qiang, minister of the high school department, reported on the one-year work with the title of "Just as jade needs to be polished, one needs to go through trials and tribulations to gain achievement". First of all, from the epistemological level, he talked about his feelings during the year. This year has brought him more admiration for his understanding of the school, more appreciation for the state of the teachers, and more respect for the responsibility he has assumed. He expressed that he was very fortunate to be a member of the big family of Fuling Foreign Language School, and to love and build the campus together with everyone. The high school department did not back down in the face of difficulties, was not afraid of challenges, and successfully completed the goals and tasks. The first success was the enrollment task. There were 4 classes with 194 students in the fourth year of high school, and 7 classes with 318 students in the first year of high school. Second, there were 25 senior high school repeaters whose admission scores after the college entrance examination in 2021 were above the special line, and 142 for the undergraduate line. In 2022, 125 students' scores have exceeded the special line and the scores of 191 students were beyond the undergraduate line. At the same time, 5 students were shortlisted for the preliminary examination requirements of Tsinghua University and Peking University, 2 students were shortlisted for the special program of universities, and 1 person was admitted to the admission requirements of Tsinghua University. Third, the best grade for high school students entering the school were 19th in the district, and only 5 top 50. However, in the final unified examination of the last semester, the top 10 in the whole district accounted for 6 students. Then there was a strong atmosphere of teaching research and reform. Seven teachers participated in the regional teaching competition, and four won the first prize. Among them, four teachers from the physics discipline won 9 first prizes in the Physics Teaching Basic Skills Competition. Finally, the moral education work was solid and effective, which has become a beautiful landscape in the school.

他建议全体老师，一要利用好假期加强学习，好好充电，不断提高自身业务素质和教书育人的本领，二是加强师德师风建设，做到违规违纪的事坚决不做，不该说的坚决不说，有损学校形象的事坚决不干，三是思考好下学年的工作，理清工作思路，四是相关服务部门做好假期的工作，为新学期创造好的工作学习环境，五是做好安全工作。

He gave advice to all teachers in the meeting. On the one hand, he advocated to make good use of vacations to continuously improve professional quality and the ability to teach and educate students. On the other hand, he suggested to strengthen the construction of teachers' morality and style, and ensure that everyone would not do things that violate the rules and disciplines, do not say things which are inappropriate, and do not do things that may damage the school's image. Third, he suggested that teachers should think about their work for the next school year and clarify their work ideas. Next, Principal Le asked relevant service departments to make holiday work arrangements to create a good working and learning environment for the new semester. Finally, he reminded to do safety work well.
