循环日月，春秋交替。涪陵外国语学校高中部期末总结大会于7月8日在行政会议室展开。

译：Time flies like an arrow. On July 8th, the final summary meeting of Fuling Foreign Language School Senior High School Department was held in the executive meeting room.

涪陵外国语学校高中部部长王强、高中部教学主任于诗洪、高中部德育主任王尔华、高中部德育副主任周金龙以及全体高中部教师和生活老师参加会议。

译：Wang Qiang (Minister of Senior High School Department in Fuling Foreign Language School), Yu Shihong(Director of Educational Administration) , Wang Erhua(Director of Moral Education Department),   Zhou Jinlong(Deputy Director of Moral Education Department) and all senior high school teachers as well as life guides attended the meeting.

会议伊始，于诗洪主任针对教学学期工作进行整体总结，并对假期工作进行指导。于主任首先进行了工作总结，一方面从教学成绩方面语重心长的强调成绩与日常工作相关；另一方面从教学日常层面总结。其次从“三备两研”、教学反思、教学计划等角度对假期工作进行指导。于主任强调：细节决定成败，跬步能至千里，注重细节才能有所收获。

译：At the beginning of the meeting, Director Yu Shihong made an overall summary of the teaching semester work and gave guidance on the summer vacation work. On the one hand, he said earnestly that grades were related to daily work in terms of teaching performance; on the other hand, he summed up from the daily teaching process. Next, he guided the vacation work from the perspectives of "three preparations and two researches", teaching reflection, and teaching planning. Director Yu emphasized that details can determine success or failure and no accumulation of steps cannot lead to thousand miles, so we have to pay attention to the details in order to attain achievement.

 于主任作总结

王尓华主任强调德育工作的重要性。简要总结了本学期德育工作并从学生行为习惯、日常规范两方面进行了反思，着力表彰了表现优异的班级，并表示常规决定教学，付出才有收获。从假期班主任工作安排、教师家访、假期安全问题等角度对假期工作进行了安排。

译：Director Wang laid stress on the importance of moral education. He briefly summarized the moral education work in this semester, and reflected on the students' behavior habits and daily norms. What’s more, He highly praised the outstanding performance of some classes, and expressed that the routine can determine the teaching quality, and the hard work will pay off. Finally, he arranged the work during the holiday in term of the work planning of the class advisors, teachers' home visits, and holiday safety issues.

王主任总结

王强部长的讲话分为五个方面。第一方面指出众志成城师强校兴，从高一、高考、国际高中、教师赛课等成绩点明团队凝聚力和团队的战斗力。第二方面点明工作要有教育情怀，从教师的奉献、教学常规、集体备课、课后辅导对教师的艰辛工作进行了表彰，点出情怀方能落实常规，方能提升专业性，方能以人为本，与时俱进。第三方面总结了学部这学期的变化，通过引入新教师、巴蜀教学模式、集团清北研究院、国际高中中外合作项目形成了内外联动，以促学部发展。第四方面以“责任、质量、竞争、角色”四个关键词对本学期教育教学工作点明了工作存在的问题。最后王部长强调下学期工作要做到“早、准、实、活、新”。通过以上五层面，王部长不断强调对学生管理一定要重在管和理，而管理的本质不在于知，而在于行。

译：Minister Wang Qiang's speech was divided into five aspects. First, he pointed out the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the team from the achievement of the senior one, college entrance examination, international high school, and teaching competitions. Second, he suggested that teachers should have educational feelings. He praised teachers for their hard work in terms of the dedication, teaching routines, collective lesson preparation, and after-school tutoring. Next, he summed up the changes in the high school department this semester. Through the recruitment of new teachers, the introduction of the Bashu teaching model and Qingbei Research Institute, and the development of Sino-foreign cooperation projects in international high schools, the high school department has made improvements. In the fourth aspect, he pointed out some problems of the work with the four key words of "responsibility, quality, competition and role". Finally, Minister Wang emphasized that the work in the next semester should be "early, accurate, practical, active and innovative". Through the above five levels, Minister Wang has constantly emphasized that the work must be focused on management and attention, and the essence of management was not knowledge, but action.

王部长总结

“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。”本次会议的召开，旨在总结本学期的优势和不足，为今后的工作展开提供好的经验。

译：“The way ahead is long and has no ending; yet high and low, I will search with my will unbending. ” This meeting aimed to summarize the strengths and weaknesses of this semester's work and provide useful experience for future work.
