2022年8月26日，上海新纪元教育集团“新纪元讲坛”第二十一期上线了，重庆市涪陵外国语学校后勤保障部部长邓飞，作了《规范管理，开源节流，优质服务——浅谈学校后勤管理工作》主题交流，分享了自己在学校后勤服务的管理经验，获得了集团领导和同行的高度评价。

译：The twenty-first issue of ‘New Era Forum’ of Shanghai New Era Education Group was published on August 26th, 2022. Deng Fei, Minister of Logistics Support Department of Chongqing Fuling Foreign Language School, communicated on the theme of ‘Standardizing Management, broadening sources of income and reducing expenditure, and keeping high-quality Service - Brief Talk about School Logistics Management’, shared his management experience in school logistics services, and obtained highly evaluation from group leaders and peers.

邓部长说：“学校后勤一是保障学校教育教学所需；二是保障师生生活所需。”他首先阐述了“人文后勤——以人为本”的观点。分别从文化精神、管理理念、制度建设、团队建设、设施设备等几个方面诠释了“人文后勤——以人为本”的内涵。

译：Minister Deng said, "School logistics has two main tasks, including ensuring the needs of school education and teaching, and ensuring the living needs of teachers and students." He first expounded some opinions of ‘humanistic logistics - people-oriented’，explaining the connotation of ‘humanistic logistics - people-oriented’ from the aspects of cultural spirit, management concept, system construction, team development, facilities and equipment.

其次，邓部长谈论了“育人后勤——人生大课”。分别从工程也是“课程”、食堂也是“课堂”、吃饭也叫“吃苦”、劳动当作“活动”等几个方面讲述了学校在育人方面后勤部门的举措和活动。

译：Secondly, Minister Deng talked about "educational logistics - lessons in life". He described some measures and activities of the school's logistics department in educating people from the following aspects: We can regard engineering and cafeteria as "courses or lessons", and eating can also be understood as "enduring hardship", and taking labor as "an activity"

再次，邓部长讲了“阳光后勤——三态阳光”的内涵。分别从“心态阳光——人”“事态阳光——事”“物态阳光——物”三个方面讲述了后勤部门作为服务部门，更应要求员工有积极乐观阳光的心态，待人待物做事。

译：Next, Minister Deng talked about the connotation of "Sunshine Logistics - Three Rays of Sunshine". Three Rays of Sunshine contain attitude, state of affairs and matter. He believed that the logistics department, as a service department, should require employees to maintain a positive, optimistic and sunny attitude in dealing with people and things.

第四、邓部长讲了“廉洁后勤——政治保证”。他认为廉洁的内在要求一是汇成不怕吃苦的精神；二是养成为民务实的习惯；三是形成廉洁从业的文化。同时要注重实效，实现途径。这样学校才能打造廉洁后勤，构建和谐型后勤新格局。

译：Then, Minister Deng mentioned that "honest logistics is the guarantee of politics". He thought that there were three inherent requirements. The first point was to form a spirit of not being afraid of hardships; the second point was to develop the habit of remaining pragmatic; the third was to build a culture of honest work. At the same time, we should also pay attention to practical results and realize the way. Only in this way could the school create a clean logistics and build a new pattern of harmonious logistics.

第五、邓部长以丰富多彩的实例讲了“温暖后勤——以小见大”的后勤观。他认为细节决定品质、生活要有仪式感、视服务对象如亲人，就会有许多温暖的瞬间，令人感动。

译：Fifth, Minister Deng enumerated abundant examples of the logistics concept of "the warmth of logistics - Greatness in Trivialness". He thought that details could determine quality, and life need a sense of ceremony. Only by looking at the service objects as family members can there be a large amount of warm and touching moments.

最后，邓部长擘画了“卓越后勤——终极目标”的愿景。他认为要实现卓越后勤这个终极目标，就要做到忠诚、勤快、周到。后勤员工微笑如春天般温暖，服务像夏天般火热，这便是涪陵外国语学校后勤员工的画像。

译：Finally, Deng designed a blueprint for "excellent logistics - the ultimate goal". He believed that being loyal, diligent, and thoughtful could help achieve this final goal.
