金秋送爽学意浓，校际促管树新风。两校联动携手行，研讨交流求共赢。

译：In the golden autumn, there is a strong sense of learning, and the inter-school promotes a new style of management. Fuling Foreign Language School and Zhejiang-Fu Ling Friendship School  join hands and work together to discuss and exchange for a win-win situation.

9月15日下午，涪陵外国语学校迎来了浙涪友谊学校张宝江校长、曾敬主任等一行人来校参观交流。在此次交流活动中，两校本着以促进学校教学教研常规管理，探讨和解决管理中的实际问题，总结和推广先进管理经验，全面提高教学质量，从而实现双惠双赢的目的展开。

译：On the afternoon of September 15th, Fuling Foreign Language School welcome Principal Zhang Baojiang and Director Zeng Jing of Zhejiang-Fu Ling Friendship School to visit and change opinions. The two schools orangize this activity with the aim of promoting the regular management of school teaching, teaching and research, discussing and solving practical problems in management, summarizing and promoting advanced management experience, and comprehensively improving the quality of teaching, so as to achieve a win-win situation.

活动分为两个阶段，一是观摩常态化的教研活动；二是深入进行座谈交流。

译：The activity includes two stages. One is to observe the normal teaching and research activities; the other is to conduct in-depth discussions and exchanges.

在我校小学部李玲部长的带领下，张校长一行人步入了学校温馨的咖啡厅，观摩了数学组的集体教研活动。本次教研活动主题为“定主题说课”，以备课组为单位，同研一堂课，通过不同年级教师的不同视角来看同一堂课，碰撞出无比绚丽的火花，收获了意想不到的效果。

译：Under the leadership of Li Ling of, the Minister of our school, Principal Zhang and his party stepped into the warm cafe of the school and observed the collective teaching and research activities of the mathematics group. The theme of this teaching and research activity is "talking about lessons on a Theme". Teachers studied the same class together, and look at the same class from different perspectives of teachers of different grades, colliding with brilliant sparks and gaining unexpected results.

教研活动观摩结束后，在我校小学部教务主任赵样飞的主持下进一步展开了座谈交流活动。张宝江校长首先对我校常态化的教研活动形式以及老师们扎实的专业基本功予以了好评，同时，张校长也向涪外分享了浙涪友谊学校的办学历史、办学内涵以及教育教学管理的一些先进经验。

译：After the activities, further discussion and exchange activities is carried out by Zhao Yangfei, academic director of our primary school. Firstly, Principal Zhang Baojiang praised the normalized form of teaching and research activities of our school and the professional basic skills of the teachers. At the same time, Principal Zhang also shared with our school the history, the connotation and some aspects of education and teaching management of Zhejiang-Fu Ling Friendship School.

赵样飞主任从五个方面分享了我校教学教研常规管理经验： 一是理清教研思路，形成完善的“三备、两研、一反思”教研模式。二是明确环节流程，抓实教师“5+1”教学模式下的备、研、思的管理。重抓：主备的教案、导学案、课件三件套；每周集体的大教研，每日20分钟组内的小教研；名师专家一对一点评后的上课教师的反思撰写。三是研练结合，让教师在反复的磨课研课中出实效。四是搭建校园智慧平台，实施智能化的大数据管理。五是做好加减法。效果上做加法，工作量做减法，通过适当加减，向工作要实效。 

译：Director Zhao shares our school's teaching and research routine management experiences from five aspects.The first is to clarify the ideas of teaching and research, and form a perfect teaching and research model of "three preparations, two researches, and one reflection". The second is to clarify the link process under the "5+1" teaching mode of teachers. We focuse on prepared teaching plan, and courseware, weekly group large teaching and research, daily 20-minute small teaching and research in the group, one-to-one review by experts in class teachers' reflection and writing.

重庆市特级教师、我校小学部语文督学吴谦做了进一步交流，提出要打造高效课堂，一定要把握好课堂四十分钟，备好每一堂课。我校的“三备两研一反思”的备课教研模式加上每周以年级备课组为单位进行的课例研究，能够让备课更落地，解决了老师“单打独斗”的困境，一定程度上也减轻了老师的负担。只有这样有效的教研，才能不断地提升老师的个人素养，从而打造出更高效的课堂。

译：Wu Qian, a special-class teacher and the Chinese superintendent of our primary school, make further exchanges and propose that to build an efficient class. We must grasp the class for 40 minutes and prepare every class. The teaching and research mode in our school, together with the lesson example study conducted by the grade lesson preparation group every week, can make the lesson preparation more practical, solve the dilemma of teachers "working alone" and reduce the burden of teachers to a certain extent. This effective teaching and research can continuously improve teachers' personal quality to create a more efficient classroom.

最后，我校李玲部长总结说：“水尝无华，相荡乃成涟漪；石本无火，相击而成灵光”。此次浙涪友谊学校到我校交流，促进了两校在教学教研常规管理的相互沟通交流，有助于两校教育教学质量的携手并进。展望未来，我校将进一步增进兄弟学校的友谊，通过交流互鉴，校与校之间携手并肩，相互促进，共筑涪陵教育梦！

译：In the end, Minister Li Ling of our school concludes: "The water becomes ripples with moving together, the stone has a spiritual light, with strikes." This activity has promoted the mutual communication between the two schools in the regular management of teaching, teaching and research, and helped the two schools go hand in hand in the quality of education and teaching. Looking forward to the future, our school will further enhance the friendship between schools.
