一个特别的冬天，一场没有硝烟的新冠防控战，不在熟悉的校园里，没有老师和同学们的陪伴，但是升旗的仪式感一样也不少。升国旗、奏国歌，12月5日上午，涪陵外国语学校全体师生相聚云端，隆重举行了以“相约国旗下·童心战疫情”为主题的升旗仪式。

译：It was a special winter, a war of prevention and control without smoke, not in the familiar campus, without teachers and students, but with the same ritual of flag-raising. On the morning of December 5, all the teachers and students of  Chonqing Fuling Foreign Language School gathered in the clouds to hold a flag-raising ceremony with the theme of "Meet under the flag - children's hearts fight the epidemic".

五星红旗冉冉升起，雄壮的国歌声中，小队员们身姿挺拔，用标准的队礼诠释着少先队员的态度与力量。无论何时，无论何地，听到雄壮的《义勇军进行曲》，看到冉冉升起的五星红旗，那种自豪感、爱国情就会油然而生。

译：The national flag was raised, and during the majestic national anthem, the young pioneers stood up straight and used the standard team salute to explain the attitude and power of the pioneers. Whenever and wherever you hear the majestic" March of the Volunteers" and see the national flag rising, you will feel a sense of pride and patriotism.

面对疫情，我们众志成城，万众一心，相信风雨终将过去，依旧是阳光明媚。由五（5）中队的蔺彦澄同学带来国旗下演讲《抗击新冠，有你有我》。

译：In the face of the epidemic, we are united in our determination and belief that the storm will eventually pass and the sun will still shine. The speech "Fighting the new crown, with you and me" was delivered by Lin Yancheng from Class 5, Grade 5.

希望的钟声已经敲响，打赢疫情阻击战，前方已经有了胜利的曙光；白衣热血铸就长城万里，你是石粒，我是微土，攻坚战疫情，涪外在行动。

译：The bell of hope has sounded, win the battle to stop the epidemic, there is already the dawn of victory ahead; white blood forged the Great Wall for thousands of miles, you are the stone grain, I am the micro soil, the battle against the epidemic, Fuwai in action.

升旗仪式中，部长助理何婷婷老师就十四周教学工作做了总结，并从疫情当下的社会温暖、家庭温暖、校园温暖、教师温暖、学生温暖五个方面激励了全体师生，寒冬定会过去，春暖必然花开！我们相信疫情之后，如约而至的不只是春天，还有疫情后平安的我们。期待我们早日校园相见。

译：During the flag-raising ceremony, Ms He summarized the online learning of last week, and inspired all teachers and students from five aspects: warmth of society, warmth of families, warmth of campus, warmth of teachers and warmth of students in the midst of the epidemic, that the winter will surely pass and the spring will bloom!
