“春种一粒粟，秋收万颗子”，去年秋天我们来到涪陵农业科技研学实践教育基地播下了一颗“种子”，这粒“种子”经过了时间的锤炼，终于“成熟”啦！这周我校小学部孩子们带着收获的喜悦又一次来到了这个熟悉的地方。
译：A good harvest depends on the spring sowing. We planted seeds in Fuling agricultural science and technology research practice education base last autumn, and the seeds were ripe this spring. The children in primary school came to this familiar place again with the joy of harvest.
一走进基地大门，就是满山遍野挂着的成串的风干菜头，孩子们脸上洋溢着幸福与好奇的笑容，穿过长长的“菜头走廊”，沿着风干菜头围着的小路一路向前，便到了我们的“责任田”啦！
译：As soon as you entered the gate of the base, there were strings of dried Caitou hanging all over the hills. The children walked through the long corridor with happiness and curiosity. They went straight along the path and arrived the destination.
“立正！”“12！”各个班的教官纷纷整队，孩子们整装待发，想要上手收获一个个可爱的“菜头宝宝”。基地的老师也马上拿出工具开始教孩子们如何“砍菜头”。第一步带好手套，第二步左手握住菜头中间部分，右手拿着菜刀从菜头根部斜切下去，第三步剃掉菜叶，这样一个砍好的菜头就完成了。
译：‘Attention!’ ‘One，two!’The instructors of each class lined up, and then the children were ready to go, expecting a bumper harvest. The workers of the base taught the children how to cut Caitou. Step 1, wear the gloves properly. Step 2, cut Caitou with knives. The left hand was supposed to hold the middle part of Caitou, and the right hand was supposed to hold the knife to cut the roots of Caitou. Step 3, shave the leaves. Finally, a Caitou was cut down after the steps.
在基地老师介绍方法之后，孩子们纷纷摩拳擦掌，跃跃欲试。“老师，你看我成功了！”“老师你看这个菜头比我脸还大！”“哈哈哈哈哈哈......”菜地里回荡着孩子们的欢笑声......
译：After the introduction of the workers in the base, the children were all eager to try.‘ I made it!’ ‘Look, this Caitou is bigger than my face!’ ‘Hahaha…’The vegetable fields echoed with the laughter of children.
走进涪陵农业科技研学实践基地，走到田间地头，让学生感受自然孕育粮食的魅力，让学生在田野上了解四季变化，了解农作物的种类，也感受到“锄禾日当午，汗滴禾下土”的辛劳，更加珍惜粮食。
译：The children felt the charm of breeding food in Fuling agricultural science and technology research practice education base; they knew the changes of four seasons and the types of crops in the field; and they would cherished the food more.
