近日，为了让孩子们小小的梦想在广阔的大自然里得到升华，在不一样的体验中收获成长的快乐，初中部带领孩子前往垫江“中华仙草园”研学实践基地开展了“传承中华医药，弘扬健康文化”研学活动。

Recently, in order to let the children's small dreams get sublimated in the vast nature and harvest the joy of growth in different experiences, the junior high school led the children to Dianjiang "Chinese Immortal Herb Garden" study and practice base to carry out a study activity of "inheriting Chinese medicine and promoting health culture". 

当蒙上双眼之后，人的方向感会下降到最低，他们只能依靠同伴声音的指引和不断的摸索，才能找到目标，然后一击即中。可是，事情也往往不那么顺利，晕头转向后的胡乱前进，甚至将武器指向了己方阵营。怪异的姿势和迷糊的方向让场上总是充满了欢声笑语。

译：When blindfolded, a person's sense of direction is reduced to a minimum, and they can only rely on the guidance of their companion's voice and constant groping to find their target and then strike a blow. However, things also tend not to go so smoothly, and the haphazard advance after the dizziness even points the weapons to their own camp. Strange postures and confused directions make the field always full of laughter.

这个项目充分考验了各个小团队的分工、筹备、指挥以及实践能力，先是观察模型，再模仿搭建炮台，在进行一系列的知识问答的铺垫下，为各队提供了充足的弹药支撑，一个个水弹在没有预估的轨迹上滑行，造成了相当“强大”的杀伤力，为炎热的天气增添了一丝清凉。

译：This project fully tested the division of labor, preparation, command and practical ability of each small team. At first, the model was observed, and then the battery was built by imitation. Under the foundation of a series of knowledge questions and answers, the team was provided with sufficient ammunition support. Each water bomb glided on an unpredictable trajectory, causing a rather "powerful" kill, which added a touch of coolness to the hot weather.

《本草纲目》中记载，铁皮石斛能养脏腑、益脾胃。它的生长也具有相当的特异性，作为附生植物，树皮和青苔都能给它提供养分，一个小小的盆栽瞬间就蕴含了丰富的能量。在了解到石斛的价值后，同学们精神抖擞，大展身手，纷纷做出了令人满意的作品。

译：It is written in the Materia Medica that Dendrobium can nourish the internal organs and benefit the spleen and stomach. Its growth is also quite idiosyncratic, as an epiphyte, both bark and moss can provide it with nutrients, and a small potted plant instantly contains rich energy. After learning about the value of dendrobium, students were in high spirits and showed their hands to make satisfactory works.

在耐心地倾听步骤和要求，观察导师的每一个动作，做好充分的准备后，同学们迫不及待地开始了“玫瑰”馒头的制作，将其药用价值充分发挥。一个个像模像样，格外认真，仿佛化身烘焙大师，不断地雕琢自己手中的“杰作”。

译：After patiently listening to the steps and requirements, observing every move of the instructors and being fully prepared, the students couldn't wait to start making the "rose" buns. Each one of them looked like a master baker, and they continued to work on their masterpieces.

在研学导师的带领下，同学们认识了常见中药材、中医药常用器皿以及石斛资源库，同时体验了有着奇异香气的迷迭香，感受到了中医药文化的博大精深。

译：Under the leadership of the study instructors, the students got to know common Chinese herbs, common vessels of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and the Dendrobium resource bank, and at the same time experienced the rosemary with its strange aroma, and felt the profoundness of TCM culture.

在春天中拥抱美好，在研学中共同成长。中医药文化源远流长，博大精深，本次游览只可窥一二。可同学们对于中医药文化的兴趣却由此产生，这更有利于文化的传承与发扬，同时他们也会更加积极地投入到美好的生活中去！
