冰心老人说过："教师的现在，就是学生的将来"，班主任既是班级的管理者和教学工作者，更是灵魂的工程师。他们不仅要让孩子们努力学习、成绩优秀，更要让孩子们品行高尚、积极乐观、养成良好习惯。班主任工作的质量关系着未来人才的质量，每一位家长乃至整个社会都对班主任寄托着期望。为进一步加强班主任队伍建设，探索班主任工作的新方法、新思路，我校小学部于5月8日下午在烽火报告厅举办了第二次班主任论坛。本次论坛由德育处毛敏主任主持。参加此次论坛的有学校党总支书籍乐三奎、校长顾问于海洪教授及小学部全体班主任。

Every parent and even the whole society have expectations on the head teacher.In order to further strengthen the construction of the head teacher team and explore the new methods and ideas of the head teacher work, the primary school of our school held the second head teacher forum in the Fiberhome Lecture Hall on the afternoon of May 8th.The forum was hosted by MaoMin, director of the Moral Education Department.The forum was attended by Le Sankui, the General Party branch of the school, Professor Yu Haihong, the principal adviser, and all the head teachers of the primary school.

五年级一班班主任罗兵香老师结合自身的工作经历，给全体班主任交流了如何培养一支能干的班干部队伍。罗老师从授之以法，明确职责；制度引领，执行有方；闭环管理，及时反馈；树立典型，榜样引领四个方面进行了分享；

德育处毛敏主任从特色的交流方式和用智慧去管理班级两个方面与全体班主任进行了交流。

用智慧去管理班级：加强班干部管理，组建一支威信高、能力强的班干部队伍；实施人人有事做，事事有人管充分调动孩子们的积极性；有效利用班会课，组织开展专题性的活动；始终把学生的养成教育放在首位；家校共育，及时与家长保持联系。
