为了提高涪陵区英语教师的教学素养与业务水平，加快推进涪陵英语师资队伍的建设和发展，9月13日，2023年秋期涪陵区七年级英语拼读入门教学研讨会在涪陵外国语学校烽火报告厅顺利举行。涪陵区初中英语教研员龚敏、涪陵外国语学校初中部部长乐桂宏、涪陵区英语学科带头人徐晓玲老师，以及全区各学校七年级英语教师代表参加了此次研讨会。

本次研讨会以“英语拼读入门研讨”为活动主题，以涪陵区七年级新生实际学情和持续发展为核心、以拼读入门课程为载体，旨在贯彻和落实英语核心素养。

译：In order to promote the teaching quality and professional level of English teachers and accelerate the construction and development of them in Fuling District, the teaching seminar about phonics for Grade 7 was successfully held in Fuling Foreign Language School on September 15th, 2023.

上午8:00，参会教师陆续到达会场并签到。

上午9点，重庆市涪陵外国语学校七年级英语教师张寒为全区初一英语教师展示了一堂精彩的语音教学课。整节课趣味浓厚，老师充满激情，学生活力满满，在一次次游戏和闯关中圆满地达成了教学目标。

译：At 9 a.m., Miss Zhang Han presented a wonderful phonetics lesson. The whole class was full of interest, with teachers full of passion and students full of vitality. Through games and challenges, the teaching objectives were successfully achieved

课后，涪陵外国语学校初中部部长乐桂宏老师代表学校欢迎全区英语老师的到来并介绍了学校的办学理念、特色学科活动和所收获的荣誉。

译：After class, Mr. Le Guihong, the Minister of the Junior High School Department of Fuling Foreign Language School, welcomed the arrival of English teachers from the entire district and introduced the school's educational philosophy, characteristic English activities, and honors obtained.

在接下来的交流时间里，涪陵外国语学校七年级英语教师陈明英老师做了七年级英语拼读教学经验交流。她从涪外英语组的学期整体规划，各年级常规教学准备，外语节活动安排，特色课程设置和英语课题实验等几方面谈了涪外英语教研活动，各种有效的教研活动得到大家的肯定。

译：In the following experience sharing time, Miss Lang Wenjing from FFLS talked about the teaching and research activities, routine teaching preparation of each grade, English Festival arrangement, featured curriculum setting and English subject experiment, and all kinds of effective teaching and research activities were spoken highly of everyone.

所谓教学有法，但教无定法。实验中学李玥老师，聚宝中学袁枚老师，五中黄玲琼老师和十四中徐小会老师就拼读导学入门教学分享了自己宝贵的经验。

译：As the saying goes that there is a method in teaching, but there is no fixed method in teaching. Miss Li Yue from Experimental Middle School, Miss Yuan Mei from Jubao Middle School, Miss Huang Lingqiong from Fifth Middle School, and Miss Xu Xiaohui from 14th Middle School shared their valuable experiences in teaching phonics as an introductory guide.

李玥老师介绍了实操性强的CVC 模式拼读模式（consonant + vowel + consonant）以及含有辅音丛consonant clusters的拼读教学。袁枚老师分享了如何从书写、拼读、背诵三个环节利用有限的资源和条件抓实抓牢英语入门教学。黄玲琼老师从高效二字入手，着重介绍了自然拼读法教学在课堂上的运用。徐小会老师强调了启发式教学在入门阶段的重要性，并分享了如何进行字母组合发音规律教学。

译：First,Miss Li introduced the practical CVC mode phonics mode (consonant+vowel+consonant) and the phonics teaching with consonant clusters.Then, Miss Yuan shared how to use limited resources and conditions to effectively grasp English introductory teaching from the three stages of writing, spelling, and memorization. Next, Miss Huang started with efficient two character teaching and emphasized the application of natural phonics teaching in the classroom. Last, Miss Xu emphasized the importance of heuristic teaching in the beginning and shared how to teach the pronunciation rules of letter groups.

接下来，涪陵区教科所英语教研员龚敏老师做指导性发言。她指出，作为一名中学英语教师，在给学生打基础的时候，首先要有一个整体规划，我将把我的学生培养成为一个怎样的人？根据学生的实际情况，认真设计，精心准备每一节课。做一个教育有心人。她强调英语学科核心素养的重要性，英语教师要培养学生两种能力——语言能力和学习能力。

译：Next, Miss Gong Min, an English teaching and research officer at the Fuling District Institute of Education, gave a guiding speech. She pointed out that as a high school English teacher, when laying the foundation for students, the first step is to have an overall plan. What kind of person will I cultivate my students into? Carefully design and prepare each class according to the actual situation of the students. Be a conscientious educator. She emphasizes the importance of core competencies in the English subject, and English teachers should cultivate students' two abilities - language ability and learning ability. 

龚敏老师表示，本次研讨会给涪陵区英语教师提供了一个展示和交流的平台，有效地促进了区内英语教师专业化的成长，同时也增进了各兄弟学校老师的相互了解、拉近了距离、增进了友谊、促进了兄弟学校老师之间课堂教学、教学经验等方面的交流，活动达到了预期的效果。

希望老师们教学用心，教学开心，同时也让学生们学得开心！

译：Miss Gong Min stated that this seminar provided a platform for English teachers in Fuling District to showcase and exchange ideas, effectively promoting the professional growth of English teachers in the district. At the same time, it also enhanced mutual understanding among teachers from different schools, brought them closer, enhanced friendship, and promoted the exchange of classroom teaching and teaching experience among teachers from schools. The activity achieved the expected results. She hoped teachers are diligent in teaching, happy in teaching, and also make students happy in learning!

最后，涪陵外国语学校英语学科组长徐晓玲老师感谢各位教师远道而来参加此次研讨会，无论是上课的教师，发言的教师，还是台下认真聆听的教师，都有一颗教育的初心，对学生的爱心以及对入门教学的耐心。我们相信拼读导入教学一定会更上一个台阶，为孩子们的后期英语学习打下扎实的基础。
