质量，始于教育，终于教育。提升质量是教育创新发展之本，是学校发展的永恒主题。

2021年9月8日，每期一次的全区教学质量分析会在“重庆市涪陵区教育科学研究所”的精心组织下于荔枝希望小学如期召开，会议以交流教育教学经验为纽带，为区校际间搭建了广泛深入的沟通平台。

译:On September 8th, 2021, Under the careful organization of "Educational Science Research Institute of Fuling District, Chongqing City", the Teaching Quality Analysis Meeting is convened at the Lizhi Hope Primary School as scheduled. The meeting serves as a bridge to exchange educational and teaching experience, and build an extensive and in-depth communication platform between district schools.

我校小学部李玲部长代表学校继2021年春期在全区“教学质量分析会”交流发言后，2021秋期又一次代表学校登上了全区交流的发言席。

译:On behalf of our school, Liling, director of the primary school of Chongqing Fuling Foreign Language School, presented a speech at the Teaching Quality Analysis Meeting once again in the autumn of 2021. The first time that she spoke at the meeting was in the spring of 2021.

2021年春期，李玲部长从教学角度作了《智慧平台 研训合一  提质增效》的发言，本期，则从德育方面作了《抓常规养良好习惯  聚合力促全面提升》的精彩交流，主要从以下几个方面予以展开：

译:In the spring of 2021, Director Li gave a speech on “Smart Platform, Integration of Research and Training, Improving Quality and Efficiency” from the teaching perspective. This time, in terms of moral education, she delivered an excellent speech about “Grasp the Routine To Cultivate Good Habits, Cooperate To Promote the Overall Improvement”, which contains the following aspects:

一、体系完备锚定航向  不忘初心笃定航标

First、 Constructing a complete system, specifying a goal and moving forward

（1）新时代育人背景(The social background of education)

（2）学校的育人体系(Education system of the school)

为贯彻党的教育方针，全面落实新时代立德树人的根本任务，我校以“培养中国灵魂国际视野的卓越人”为核心目标，将学生发展核心素养的必备品格转化成基于“感恩 责任 激情 健康”的培养目标，以“养成教育、励志教育、自主教育”为三大抓手，使德育的三驾马车并驾齐驱，通过文化育人、课程育人、实践育人、活动育人、协同育人五育并举的实施路径践行打造，并构建了以典礼仪式、主题教育、社会实践、班级文化、四自管理、健康教育、社团文化、特色活动、家校教育九大系列为主题的德育实施内容。完备的德育建设体系成了塑造学生良好品格、品行、品味和为学生扣好人生第一粒扣子健康成长的有力保障。也为学校全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人指明了航向标。

二、五育之花并蒂齐开 立德树人培根铸魂

学校以“五育”为主阵地，充分发挥育人功能——文化育人滋养品格；课程育人启智润心；实践育人体验成长；活动育人丰富内涵；协同育人共育英才。扎实抓好学生学习、生活、行为、劳动等养成教育，守护好儿童健康成长。

1.养良好学习习惯(Develop good study habits)：

树立一种底线意识，指向人人面面发展。要求学生做到“两有五会”

人人有一张能讲的嘴   人人有一手漂亮的字

人人会一项体育技能   人人会制作一件艺术作品 

人人会创作一件科技作品   人人会一门乐器     

人人会自主学习  

2.养良好生活习惯( Develop good living habits)：

树立一种时间意识和自理意识，指向人人健康发展。诵读时间读起来，阅读时间静下去，练字时间写起来，运动时间跑起来，在时间的管理中育人，帮助学生养成入室即静，入座即学的习惯，并通过生活技能大赛、在家整理内务等实践活动，促使学生养成生活自理好习惯。

(3) 做勤俭节约好少年

3、养热爱劳动好习惯(Develop good habits of loving manual labor)：

树立一种美靠劳动创造的意识，指向人人用劳动润泽生命，在体悟生命中快乐成长。给学生创造一个空间，如：种植和养殖牵手，种植花草树木、中草药、养殖小动物等劳动教育，使劳动、生命、责任、中医国粹等共融。

4、养良好行为习惯(Develop good behaviors)：

树立一种自觉意识，指向人人学习“言行规范”中能将文明内化于心，外化于行，携手文明自由成长。

三、养成之路精抓细管  督导有力掷地有声

四、习惯成行喜出成效  素质提升笑结硕果

教育要抓根本，这个根本就是习惯。习惯，既是一切教育的起点，又是一切教育的最终成果。
