为了进一步促进涪陵区英语教师的教学素养与业务水平进一步提高，加快推进涪陵英语师资队伍的建设和发展，2021年9月15日，2021年秋期涪陵区七年级英语拼读入门教学研讨会在涪陵外国语学校紫金花报告厅顺利举行。涪陵区初中英语教研员龚敏、涪陵外国语学校初中部部长唐小琴、徐晓玲名师工作室老师，以及全区各学校七年级英语老师代表出席参加了研讨会。

本次研讨会以“英语拼读入门研讨”为活动主题，以涪陵区七年级新生实际学情和终身发展为核心、以拼读入门课程为载体，旨在落实英语核心素养的理念。

Miss Tang Xiaoqin, the Minister of the Junior Middle School Department of Chongqing Fuling Foreign Language School.She made a speech and welcomed all the leaders and teachers warmly.

随后，重庆市涪陵外国语学校七年级英语教师李强为全区初一英语教师展示了一堂精彩的语音教学课。

课后，涪陵区教科所英语教研员龚敏老师和老师们分析讨论了本堂课。龚老师首先赞扬了涪外英语团队的合作精神。指出涪外英语教师们近年来不断努力取得了很大的进步。同时提醒全体老师，我们在给学生打基础的时候，首先要有一个整体规划，我将把我的学生培养成为一个怎样的人？根据学生的实际情况，认真设计，精心准备每一节课。做一个教育有心人。她强调英语学科核心素养的重要性，英语教师要培养学生两种能力——语言能力和学习能力。

After class,Miss Gong and teachers talked about the class .GongfirstpraisedtheEnglishgroup for their cooperation. It is pointedoutthattheteachersinthisschool have made great progress in recent years. At the same time,sheremindalltheteachershere, when we give students a foundation, we must first have an overall plan.According to the actual situation of our students, design and prepare each class carefully . She emphasized that  English teachers should cultivateTheir students' two abilities -- language ability and learning ability.

涪外英语工作室主持人徐晓玲老师对此次课进行了点评。她首先对此节展示课给予了充分的肯定，她表示此次公开课教学设计合理，教师课堂掌控能力强，小组活动丰富多彩，课堂节奏快，课堂容量大，本堂课教学目标达成效果良好。

Ms. Xu Xiaoling, the host of FUWAI English Studio, commented on the class. First of all, she gave full recognition to the demonstration class. She said that the teaching design of the open class was reasonable, the teachers had strong classroom control ability, the group activities were rich and colorful, the class pace was fast, the class capacity was large, and the teaching objectives of the class were well achieved. 

在接下来的经验交流时间，来自涪外七年级英语组的郎雯静做了七年级英语拼读教学经验交流。她从涪外英语组的学期整体规划，各年级常规教学准备，外语节活动安排，特色课程设置和英语课题实验等几方面谈了涪外英语教研活动，各种有效的教研活动得到大家的肯定。

In the following experience exchange time, Lang Wenjing from FFLS  did the experience exchange of Phonics teaching for Grade 7. She talked about the teaching and research activities ,routine teaching preparation of each grade, Foreign Language Festival arrangement, featured curriculum setting and English subject experiment, and all kinds of effective teaching and research activities were recognized by everyone. 

来自涪陵区第十四中学的蒲枫老师从听写、纠错、阅读、写作四个方面进行教学经验交流分享。

Miss Pu Feng from No. 14 Middle School shared her teaching experience .

来自涪陵巴蜀中学的邓攀琪老师进行英语拼读入门教学分享，强调了语音规范的重要性，并提出趣味性课堂，和多样化训练等语音教学中的可行性方案。

Miss Deng Panqi from Fuling Bashu Middle School shared the introduction of

English phonics teaching, emphasized the importance ofpronunciationstandards, and proposed the feasibility of interesting class, diversified training and other teaching programs.

最后，龚敏老师作总结指导。龚敏老师表示：本次研讨会给涪陵区英语教师提供了一个展示和交流的平台，有效地促进了区内英语教师专业化的成长，同时也增进了各兄弟学校老师的相互了解、拉近了距离、增进了友谊、促进了兄弟学校老师之间课堂教学、教学经验等方面的交流，活动达到了预期的效果。希望老师们教学用心，教学开心，同时也让学生们学得开心！

Finally,Ms.Gong Min said: The seminar provides aplatformfor Fuling Englishteachers ,promotedthe English teachers’professional development in the areaeffectively, but alsoenhanced the mutual understanding of each brother schoolteacher, closer to the distance, enhance the friendship, promoting the school classroom teaching between teachers and teaching experience of communication, activities to achieve the desired effect.
