为促进毕业年级的教学，也为更好地进行学校内的经验梳理与传承，2021年9月10日涪陵外国语学校组织了初三年级经验交流会。

译：Fulin Foreign Language School organized an experience exchange meeting for Grade 9 on September 10, 2021, in order to promote the teaching of the graduating grade as well as to organize and inherit the experience better.

出席本次会议人员：魏昌龙校长，唐小琴部长、乐桂红副部长、上届初三备课组长及其本届初三教师。

译：Principle Wei Changlong, Minister Tang Xiaoqin, Vice Minister Le Guihong, leaders of last lesson preparation teams of Grade 9 and teachers of Grade 9 this year.

去年一届初三毕业班，在学校领导的正取领导下，通过全组教师的共同努力，取得了名列前茅的成绩，这对于我们新一届的初三而言，既是动力，又是压力。

译：Last year, with the great leadership of our school authorities,and the efforts of the whole group of teachers, our graduating classes has achieved a good result,which is not only motivation but also pressure for our new Grade 9.

因此，如何通过我们全体师生的艰苦努力，继续保持今年的优势，对我们将是艰巨的任务和严峻的考验，好在学校领导对准初三的工作给予了高度的重视，“大神”们在唐小琴部长的带领下纷纷献策。

译：Therefore, it will be a difficult task to hold on to a dominant position. Fortunately, the school authorities do pay much attention to our work. Teachers headed by Tang Xiaoqin all share their experience on education.

语文备课组长黄祖燕老师提出语文要想获得成功，首先要积累大量的语言材料，其次才是理解和运用。

译：Huang Zuyan, the Chinese lesson preparation group leader, put forward that if we want to be successful in Chinese teaching,the first thing we need to do is to accumulate a large number of language materials, after that, we can pay attention to our abilities of understanding and using.

数学备课组长刘有明老师提出：要重视学生的主体作用，要重视教师的主导作用，要注重基础，注意构建知识网络。

译：Liu Youming, the leader of the math lesson preparation group said: we should pay attention to the students themselves, pay attention to teachers’ leading role, pay attention to the basic knowledge and the construction of knowledge map.

英语备课组长郎雯静老师提出：“四个研究”、“三个明确”

译：Lang Wenjing, the leader of English lesson preparation group proposed “Four studies” and “Three definiteness”

彭主任提出具体的“培优辅差”计划，让每一位教师都能关注到每一位学生。

译：Director Peng put forward a specific plan “Training elite students and help poor ones”, so that we teachers can focus on every students.

魏校长肯定了上届初三年级的成绩 ，也表示了对本初三的殷切希望，为此还特意强调“双百分之二十”计划。

译：President Wei affirmed the good result of last Grade 9, and took a “ double twenty percent” plan to express the earnest hope of this Grade 9,

精心是态度，精细是过程，精品是成绩，把简单的事情做精，成功必将属于我们！初三加油，我们必胜！

译：Our attitude is elaborate, our process is meticulous, our result will be great. Success belongs to us!
