9月，随着“双减”落地新学期，教育新篇章正式开启！作为一线教师，该如何应对一系列接踵而至的实际挑战与现实问题？如何将“双减”意见要求转变为实实在在的校园行动？涪陵外国语学校语文特级教师吴谦为小学部语文教师带来《面对变   我们该怎么办？——双减负背景下的语文教学思与行》专题讲座。

译：In September, with the implementation of the "double reduction" in the new semester, a new chapter of education officially opened! How do frontline teachers respond to the range of practical challenges and realities that ensue? How to translate the requirements of the "double reduction" policy into practical campus actions? Wu Qian, a special grade Chinese teacher from Fuling Foreign Language School, presented "What should we do in the face of change? --Thinking and Acting on Chinese Teaching in the Context of Double Reduction".

吴特首先解读了“双减”的必要性和重要作用。

译：Madam Wu firstly explained the necessity and important role of "double reduction".

接着，吴特从“创新教学、课堂高效，设计作业、多元有效，分层评价、全面提高，激发兴趣、培养自主”四个方面进行展开。强调老师们要加强课堂主阵地，提高语文课堂教学质量，让学和练回归课堂。做到：心中有目标，眼里有学生，手里有方法。

译：Then, Madam Wu elaborated on the four aspects of "innovative teaching and effective classroom, designing homework, diversifying and effective, evaluating at different levels and improving comprehensively, stimulating interest and cultivating autonomy". She stressed the need for teachers to strengthen the main classroom, improve the quality of language classroom teaching, and bring learning and practice back to the classroom. To do: Have goals in your heart, students in your eyes, and methods in your hands.

随后，吴特结合三年级的习作《写日记》和五年级的精读课文《搭石》，从课例设计中展示如何精准定位备课时的重点、难点，让老师们学会从理论走向实践。

译:Then, Madam Wu combined the third grade exercise Writing Diary and the fifth grade intensive reading text Cover Stone to show how to precisely locate the key points and difficulties when preparing lessons from lesson design, so that teachers can move from theory to practice.

最后，吴特利用三年级《秋天的雨》一课和《西游记》整本书阅读，讲解作业设计要精选作业内容，追求少而精，增强作业的趣味性和有效性。坚持“四培养四多四少”的作业设计原则。

译:Finally, Madam Wu used the lesson of "The Rain of Autumn" and the whole book of "Journey to the West" in the third grade to explain that homework design should select homework content, pursue less but more precise, and enhance the interest and effectiveness of homework.
