2021 年 9 月 29 日上午，重庆市2021年中小学教师美育教学能力培训暨涪陵区中小学音乐教研工作会，在涪陵外国语学校隆重举行。此次盛会由重庆市教委主办，长江师范学院、涪陵区教育科学研究所、涪陵外国语学校承办。上海新纪元教育集团音乐名师工作室主持人姚珊在大会上作了《美育的实践与突破》的经验交流。 

译：The 2021 Aesthetic Education Teaching Ability Training for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Chongqing and the Fuling District Primary and Secondary School Music Teaching and Research Working Conference was grandly held at Fuling Foreign Language School on the morning of September 29th, 2021. This grand event was hosted by the Chongqing Municipal Education Commission and organized by Changjiang Normal University, Fuling District Educational Science Research Institute, and Fuling Foreign Language School. Yao Shan, the host of Shanghai New Era Education Group Music Master Studio, delivered an experience exchange of ‘Practice and Breakthrough in Aesthetic Education’ at the conference.

此次盛会由涪陵区教科所教研员李中萍主持，来自重庆市41个区县99名美育骨干教师和涪陵区230名中小学音乐教师参会。开展中小学教师美育教学能力培训，同时开展中小学音乐教学研讨工作。

译：The conference was hosted by Li Zhongping, a researcher from the Fuling District Educational Science Institute. 99 key aesthetic teachers from 41 districts and counties of Chongqing and 230 primary and middle school music teachers from Fuling District participated in the conference. The purpose of this conference is to carry out the training of teachers' aesthetic education ability in elementary and middle schools, as well as the work of seminars on music teaching in elementary and middle schools.

大会以涪陵外国语学校艺术工作成果展示拉开帷幕。诗朗诵《礼赞老师》、舞蹈《百善孝为先》，高水平的艺术工作成果，彰显了涪外学子高雅的艺术气质，体现了涪陵外国语学校的艺体特色。

译：The conference began with the display of the artistic work results of Fuling Foreign Language School. The achievements of high-level art work, such as the poem recitation ‘A Praise to the Teacher’ and the dance ‘Filial piety is the most important of all virtues’ , have demonstrated the elegant artistic temperament of students and reflected the artistic characteristics of Fuling Foreign Language School.

涪陵外国语学校音乐名师工作室主持人姚珊在大会上作了《美育的实践与突破》的经验交流。她从“专家引领，促教师发展；落实新课标精神，促校本教研；承办、参加各类活动，促学生发展；开展4节，促特色发展；实施分层走班制，促项目发展；经营好俱乐部，促品牌发展。”等几个方面交流了涪外的美育工作经验。

译：Yao Shan, the host of Shanghai New Era Education Group Music Master Studio, delivered an experience exchange of ‘Practice and Breakthrough in Aesthetic Education’ at the conference. She shared the aesthetic education work experience of Fuling Foreign Languages school in ‘Let experts drive the development of teachers; the school implements the spirit of the new curriculum standards to promote school-based teaching and research; undertake or participate in various activities to promote the development of students; conduct 4 sessions to promote characteristic development; implement a hierarchical shift system to promote projects Development; run the club well and promote the development of the brand’.

来自涪陵外国语学校李艳和希望小学的音乐老师分别献课。让与会的领导和老师们享受了饕餮艺术大餐。紧接着与会者对这两堂课进行同课异构交流，长江师范学院美育研究小组成员舒敏老师也点评了这两堂课。最后，长江师范音乐学院院长隆强做了小结。

译：Teacher Li Yan from Fuling Foreign Language School and the music teacher from Hope Elementary School took classes separately, which allowed the leaders and teachers to to enjoy an audio-visual feast. Immediately afterwards, the participants exchanged views on the two classes. Ms. Shu Min, a member of the Aesthetic Education Research Group of Changjiang Normal University, also commented on these two classes. Finally, Long Qiang, Dean of Changjiang Normal College of Music, made a summary.

重庆市2021年中小学教师美育教学能力培训暨涪陵区中小学音乐教研工作会，在涪陵外国语学校圆满落幕，扩大了新纪元教育的影响力，增强了涪陵外国语学校的艺术特色的品牌效应。

译：The 2021 Aesthetic Teaching Ability Training for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Chongqing and the Fuling District Primary and Secondary School Music Teaching and Research Working Conference ended in a satisfactory way at Fuling Foreign Language School.
