为了落实董事长提出的集团新入职教师“一个月能上课、一学期上好课、一学年上优课”的新纪元新教师培训培养理念，促进和指导青年教师健康快速成长, 有利于学生的全面发展。在2021年9月28日，涪陵外国语学校在学术报告厅举行了隆重而又简单的“第三届青蓝工程（暨师徒结对）拜师仪式”活动。校长魏昌龙、党总支书记乐三奎等全体管理干部，全校近260名教职工参加了此次拜师仪式活动。

译：In order to implement the new teacher training concept proposed by the chairman about ‘the group’s new teachers must be able to attend classes in one month, teach well in one semester, and have excellent classes in one academic year’ and to promote and guide the healthy and rapid growth of young teachers, on 28th September 2021, Fuling Foreign Language School held a grand and simple ‘Third Qinglan Project (Master-Apprentice Pairing) Apprenticeship Ceremony’ in the lecture hall. Principal Wei Changlong, Party branch secretary Le Sankui and all management cadres, and nearly 260 faculty members from the school participated in the apprenticeship ceremony.

自2020年秋期起，我校在智慧校园室的开发和支持下，启用服务号平台在线进行 “青蓝工程”管理。我校3位特级教师、3位名师，以及符合申报条件的副高级以上教师、骨干教师等共计30名师傅，公布在我校“青蓝工程”服务号平台师徒结对栏目里，供入职不久渴望成长，或需要进一步提升的老师在限额内“抢”师傅。全校共有90余教师抢到了自己敬佩的师傅。

译：Starting from the fall of 2020, with the support of the Smart Campus Room, our school has enabled the service account platform to manage the ‘Qinglan Project’ online. Our school’s 3 special-grade teachers, 3 famous teachers, as well as associate-senior or higher teachers and key teachers who meet the application requirements, a total of 30 masters, were announced in the master-apprentice pairing column of our school’s "Qinglan Project" service account platform. This is to find suitable masters for teachers who are eager to grow or need to be further improved soon after entering the job. A total of more than 90 teachers in the school have grabbed the masters whom they admire.

9月28日，是新纪元教育集团“第十二届桃李节暨孔子诞辰2572周年”庆典大会的日子，学校在这个隆重活动中，成功开展了师徒结对拜师仪式。

译:September 28 is the day of the New Era Education Group’s ‘Twelfth Taoli Festival and the 2572nd Anniversary of Confucius’s Birth’ celebration meeting. In this grand event, the school successfully held a master and apprentice pledge ceremony.

活动第一项，在动听的《牵手》音乐声中，校长魏昌龙和党总支书记乐三奎，为师傅颁发聘书。

译：In the first item of the activity, accompanied by the beautiful music ‘Holding Hands’, the principal Wei Changlong and the party branch secretary Le Sankui issued letters of appointment to the masters.

活动第二项，徒弟向师傅行礼献茶。

活动第三项，师傅向徒弟颁发由师傅亲笔签名的《回徒贴》

译：In the third item of the activity, the master issued the ‘Certificate of Reply to the Apprentice’ signed by the master.

师徒结对只是我校青蓝工程新人成长计划的开端，也是我校教师专业成长规划的一部份。师傅们将在接下来的一年里，为徒弟量身定制好成长计划，认真履行好师傅传、帮、带的责任，倾心相授，把自己丰富的教学经验、独到的班级管理方法、朴实严谨的教风、爱岗敬业的奉献精神，通过言传身教的方式传递给徒弟。徒弟们也必将积极主动，虚心好学，敢于亮相，认真设计个人的成长规划，发挥自己的聪明才智，早日成为一名合格的人民教师。

译：The apprenticeship ceremony is only the beginning of our school's Qinglan project about new teachers’ growth plan, and it is also a part of our school's teacher professional growth plan. In the next year, the masters will make a good growth plan for the apprentices, and pass on their rich teaching experience, unique class management methods, simple and rigorous teaching style, and dedication to work. The apprentices will also be proactive, open-minded and studious, and carefully design their personal growth plans, and use their intelligence to become a qualified teachers of as soon as possible.
