前期，队员们经过各中队初赛的推荐，52位选手脱颖而出，进入最后的竞选。他们学习成绩优秀，纪律性强，爱好广泛，有所特长，有一定的组织能力，乐意为队员和老师们服务，在中队能起到模范带头作用。  

译：In the early stage, each member was recommended by other squadrons. Finally, 52 contestants came to the fore and entered the final campaign. They have excellent performance in their study, strong discipline, a wide range of hobbies, specialties, and certain organizational skills. They are willing to serve the team members and teachers, and can play an exemplary role in the squadron.

本次活动由我校小学部党支部王长勇书记、少先队辅导员王琪叡老师，各年级组长组成的评委组进行评分，33名优秀队员脱颖而出，当选为新一届少先队大队委。

译：In this event, Secretary Wang Changyong, Party Branch of Primary School, Young Pioneers Counselor Wang Qirui and the head of each group were the judges. After appraising through comparison, 33 excellent players stood out to be the new members of the Department of the Young Pioneers Battalion.

竞选活动中，队员个个充满自信，通过精彩的竞选演说，热情激昂地宣讲自己对大队委工作的热情和向往，他们精彩的表现获得了在场队员和老师的阵阵掌声。

随后，大队辅导员王琪叡老师对竞选活动做了精彩的点评，循循善诱的教导中，新一届的大队委更加明白了肩上的责任，鼓舞了少先队向上的积极性。

组建完整的少先队大队委，从小培养队员参与自主管理，提高队员的工作能力。以大队委为核心提高各中队、各队员的凝聚力，树立正直、正气的品格，阳光、积极的个性。这个平台不仅为有上进心的少先队员提供了展示个人才华的舞台，同时激发了他们担当学校小主人的决心和勇气，对于参加竞选的队员和参加坐场的队员都是一种历练，他们都会有一份特别的收获。相信这样的竞选活动能帮助我们队员们更好更快的成长。重庆市涪陵外国语学校的少先队工作也会因为有这样优秀的队员而更加出色！
