涪陵外国语学校团队参加全国中小学班主任管理工作能力提升培训

为了贯彻落实党的十九大报告，推动中小学创新型、专业化德育工作者队伍建设，不断增强中小学德育工作的时代性、科学性和实效性。2021年10月15日和16日，为期两天，重庆市涪陵外国语学校一行17人在重庆海德大酒店，参加“全国中小学中职学校新时期班主任班级管理工作实践能力提升高级研修班”精彩培训。

译：In order to carry out the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, to promote the construction of innovative and professional moral education workers in primary and secondary schools, and to constantly enhance the timeliness, scientificity and effectiveness of moral education in primary and secondary schools, on October 15th and 16th, 2021, a group of 17 students from Chongqing Fuling Foreign Language School participated in the excellent training of "Senior Seminar on Improving Class Management Practice Ability of National Primary and Secondary Vocational Schools in the New Era" at Chongqing Haide Hotel.

16日上午，是由河南省济源第一中学教科室秦望主任主讲《主题班会设计与课程开发》，秦专家以生动形象的“捕鱼三式模式”——撒网寻找主题、收网聚焦主题、装箱润色标题，手把手地教会培训老师们怎样确定班会主题。并以多个实际案例的设计为例进行细致讲解，非常具有操作性。

译：On the morning of October 16th, Qin Wang, Henan Province Jiyuan No. 1 Middle School Teaching Department Director gave us a lecture "Theme Class Meeting Design and Curriculum Development". Experts Qin, with vivid image of the "Fishing Mode" , casting a net to find the theme, focusing on the theme, and decorating the title, shared the experience with the church training teachers kindly and carefully how to determine the theme of the class meeting. Also Experts Qin gave us a detailed interpretation with a number of practical case designs as the examples which are very operable.

16日下午，由河南省中职班主任工作专家委员会委员涂俊礼老师主讲《走向优秀班主任的智慧支撑》。涂专家从善学、善照、善行、善恩、善享五个方面讲述了走向优秀班主任的智慧支撑，深入浅出，有理有据。

译：On the afternoon of October 16th, Tu Junli, Member of Henan Provincial Expert Committee of Homeroom Teachers' Work, gave a lecture on "Wisdom support for Excellent Homeroom Teachers". Experts Tu told us the wisdom of the excellent head teacher support from the five aspects of the wisdom of the excellent teacher support, good learning, good understanding,beneficence, good grace, selfless share, which were easy to understand and well-founded.

17日上午，由国家教育部中小学校长“国培计划”首批专家郑重老师主讲《像优秀班主任那样做班主任》，从像优秀班主任那样处理问题、像优秀班主任那样教书育人、像优秀班主任那样营造班风三个大的方向系统地讲解“班主任成功学”；从教育家、身边的优秀班主任，以及他本人的真实经历中列举大量真实的优秀事例，不断给老师们忠告。充满活力，堪称会“打鸡血”的幸福班主任。

译：On the morning of October 17th, Zheng Zhong, the National Ministry of Education of Primary and Secondary School Principal of the "National Cultivation Plan" from the first group of experts, gave us a lecture called after "Act like a Good Head Teacher". Mr Zheng explained "the Headteacher Success" from three big systems. Firstly, dealing with problems like "outstanding class teacher". Then, teaching like a good head teacher. Lastly, creating disciplines like the outstanding class teacher’s classroom disciplines. From the educator, the outstanding teacher around, as well as his own real experience enumerated a large number of real excellent examples, and constantly gave teachers advice. Mr Zheng is a passionate symbol of head teachers.

17日下午，由山东省社会心理学会张桂薇老师主讲《让学生感受到师爱》。从“让学生感受到师爱、分享体验内心感受、班级管理心理疗法、教师心理的自我调节”四个纬度阐释了“心理健康与班级管理”的密切联系，把心理学真实应用到班级管理中，疗效极佳。

译：On October 17th afternoon,the speech "Let Students Feel the Teacher's Love" was delivered by Zhang Guiwei from Shandong Social Psychology Society. He elucidated the close connection between mental health and class management from the following four dimensions, "helping students to feel teacher's love , sharing the experience of inner feelings, class management psychotherapy, teachers' psychological self-regulation". Application of psychology to class management is quite effective.

参与学习的每一位涪外教师，都格外珍惜这次宝贵的学习机会。他们专注的学习动脑筋，认真的思考做笔记，积极的参与勤交流，恨不得把讲课老师们的每一张课件、每一句话、每一个动作都记到心里；相信他们定能把所学、所思带回涪外校园进行分享，带到日常班级管理中进行探索运用，力求把“幸福班主任管理之道”和“更有爱的教育艺术”带进每个涪外孩子的心里！
