为了扎实有效地开展中小学生近视防控工作，有效降低学生近视发生率。近日，重庆市涪陵外国语学校在区教委的统筹安排下对全校学生进行了视力检测。

译：Chongqing Fuling Foreign Language School recently conducted eyesight tests for all students with the overall arrangement of the Fuling district Education Commission in order to effectively carry out the prevention and control of myopia among school students and effectively reduce the incidence of myopia among them.  

一、检测项目丰富。

此次检测项目有：双眼裸眼视力、双眼球镜度数（屈光度）、眼压、眼轴长短、柱镜度数、散光轴向及眼病。

译：The detection items included: binocular naked visual acuity, binocular refractive index (diopter), intraocular pressure, axial length, column refractive index, axial direction of astigmatism and ocular diseases.

二、健康档案完备。

学校将学生视力健康档案纳入学校档案管理内容，确保一生一案，充分利用学生视力健康档案，准确掌握学生视力健康信息。

译：The school will bring students' visual health files into the school file management content to accurate know of students' visual health information.

三、干预措施及时。

根据学生视力检测结果和检测单位健康指导意见，学校采取了增加课外活动时间、调整光照度、升降课桌椅等有效措施，有针对性地开展学生眼健康防控工作。

译：According to the test results of students' eyesight and the health guidance of the testing units, the school has taken effective measures such as increasing the time for extracurricular activities, adjusting the light intensity and lifting desks and chairs to carry out targeted prevention and control of students' eye health.

重庆市涪陵外国语学校高度重视学生的身心健康，每学期都会组织学生进行视力检测并建立个人视力健康档案，不断跟踪学生的视力健康状况和发展变化趋势。通过视力检测，学生清楚地了解到自己的视力状况，认识到保护视力的重要性和迫切性，充分提高了学生的视力保护意识。
