当天上午，李强、杨红、李妍蓉三位优秀的英语教师代表我校分别向国培计划的各位学员们展示了生动的中学英语复习课、阅读技巧课以及写作课，既将每堂课的学习目标自然完整地融入到教学环节之中，又充分地发挥了学生学习的自主性与积极性，纷纷呈现出了极佳的教学效果。

译：In the morning, three outstanding English teachers, Li Qiang, Yang Hong, and Li Yanrong, on behalf of our school, respectively showed to the trainee of the National Training Program vivid middle school class such as English review classes and reading skills class and writing class. These classes wholly and naturally integrate the learning objectives into the teaching links, give full play to the autonomy and enthusiasm of students in learning, and have shown excellent teaching effects.

课后，3位老师和参加国培的老师们一起说课、评课和教学经验交流。老师们“唇枪舌剑”，你来我往，在初中英语教学的学科领域里，教学相长，收获良多。学员们纷纷表示不虚此行。

译：After class, the three teachers and trainees had a peer review comment and exchanged teaching experiences. The teachers launched a battle of words. This discussion improved the trainees and enhanced the teachers' level as well. The trainees all expressed their worthy trip as well.

接着，我校初中部部长唐小琴和我校涪陵区初中英语名师工作室领头人徐晓玲老师做点评，他们肯定了这次交流的收获，也对学员们提出的宝贵意见表示非常的感谢。

译：Then, Tang Xiaoqin, director of our school's junior high school department, and Xu Xiaoling, the junior high school top English teacher at our school and studio leader in the Fuling district, made comments. They affirmed the gains of this exchange and expressed their gratitude to the trainees for their valuable comments

最后，各位教师在姚珊书记的带领下参观我校校园，从书画长廊到兴趣教室，从自然走进课堂，宁静祥和的校园环境，也不必说激情活跃的学习氛围，就连溪水里的鱼儿都仿佛在向各位来宾致意。

译：Finally, Secretary Yao Shan led everyone to experience the peaceful and peaceful campus environment and the vibrant and active learning atmosphere. They walked from the painting and calligraphy gallery to the interesting classroom, from nature to the class. Even the fish in the stream seemed to greet the guests.

这次的培训研讨活动取得了圆满成功，我校校长魏昌龙表示，“希望通过本次活动，进一步提升我校英语教师教育教学水平；同时，也向重庆市内的国培教师分享涪陵英语教师的风采。”

如何让课堂教学更高效，是各位身在一线的教师一直在探索和实践的重要问题。我们所能做的就是，结合不同学段的不同学情，在教学实践中不断完善属于自己的答案，也希望这些成功的案例能够给人以方向上的启发或引起一定的思考。

译:Making classroom teaching more efficient is an essential issue that teachers have explored and practised. We can constantly improve our answers in the teaching practice based on the different learning conditions of various academic stages. We also hope that these successful cases can inspire people or arouse certain thinking.
