“古代冬至节：天子祭天、百姓祭祖，百官朝贺、拜师尊长，阖家团聚、亲朋互馈。”2021年12月21日是今年的冬至节，今年冬至格外温暖，天高日丽，西风亦柔。重庆市涪陵外国语学校举行“冬至节包饺子活动暨第五届食堂员工技能大赛”，全校四千多名师生共聚一堂，包饺子，话饺子，吃饺子，其乐融融，场面温馨热闹。全体师生过了一个十分温暖的冬至节。

活动开始前，学校食堂作了充分的准备。饺子皮、肉馅、汤匙、盛放饺子的托盘、碗筷等材料由食堂员工在活动开始前全部分配到每个班级的餐桌上。各学部在活动开始前首先让孩子们认识冬至节，了解冬至节的传统习俗。
