在热烈的掌声中，校长魏昌龙做了题为“踔厉奋发 实现卓越”的工作报告。首先魏校长简单回顾了2021年学校在追求卓越的发展中取得的标志性成果：学校初中部、小学部获得了教学质量一等奖，学校获得五化建设先进单位、安全考核一等奖、德育考核获得一等奖，高中教学部取得的成绩可谓“一鸣惊人”，学校全面卓越的目标凸显。

魏校长强调，成绩叫人愉快和兴奋，但是事物都是行百里半九十的，如何保住成绩，如何进一步提升成绩，需要我们有不破楼兰终不还的决心和毅力，为卓越学校的实现殚精竭虑。他要求全体教职工咬定目标任务不放松：首先要建立和谐平安校园，把安全稳定作为第一要务来抓，要用实际行动、“绿色业绩”、育人效果喜迎党的二十大胜利召开。他具体从以下七个方面提出了目标任务，一是德育管理要上新水平，进一步细化“七大好习惯”，培养学生“四自能力”，抓实“激情教育”、培养“五好”学生，积极完善“星级“班主任制度。二是教学科研有新突破，做好“三课”研究，努力提升课堂教学质量，推出特色课程和精品课程，提升教师的研究能力。三是智育工作要上新台阶，要进一步完善“双减”的规定，教师要积极参加教学大比武活动，要在学生快乐、健康的学习中，各年级学习成绩均实现全区名列前茅的目标，一分三率全区第一。四是后勤服务要有新思路，饭菜质量、服务质量双提升，学生、家长双满意。五是学校规模要有新想法，要用质量求发展，用内涵发展促学校发展。六是党建工作要上新品位，要积极发展党员，为成立党委做准备。

译：Principal Wei emphasized that great grades made people happy and exciting, but how to keep grades and how to further improve them required us to have strong determination and perseverance to strive for the realization of being an excellent school. He asked all faculty and staff to stick to their goals: first of all, we need to build a harmonious and safe campus and take safety and stability as the first priority, and to use practical actions and the effect of cultivating talents to welcome the victory of the 20th National Congress of the CPC. He specifically proposed the goals and tasks from the following seven aspects. Second, there must be new breakthroughs in teaching and research. 会后，各教学部、各工作部以虎虎生威的精神，立刻投入到开学准备工作中，后勤服务部完成了校园全方面无死角的消毒工作，生活老师完成了寝室卫生打扫工作，迎接学生返校。
