2022年2月24日，2022年春期涪陵区初中教学质量分析会在我校召开，涪陵区政府教育督导室副主任肖云、涪陵区教科所工会主席黄良信出席会议并发表了讲话，对如何提高课堂教学效果提出明确要求。涪陵区35所初中主管教学的副校长、教研室（教务处）主任参加会议，涪陵外国语学校党总支书记乐三奎、初中部部长唐小琴等学校领导到会祝贺。

译：On February 24th, the 2022 Junior Middle School Teaching Quality Analysis Conference in Fuling District was held in our school. 分析会首先听了黎素君老师执教的公开课《孙权劝学》，教研员喻飞宇老师对该课的开篇导入赞赏有加，该部分将象形汉字的魅力融入课堂，通俗易懂又典雅别致，体现了老师精深的专业素养。在课堂教学中，基于七年级的学情，注意了文言文教学的核心：立足于字词的疏通，由浅入深，循序渐进。在充分发挥学生主体作用的同时，老师对关键字词进行了更深入的点拨，将以往的知识与当下新知相连，使学生能力从单纯的字词理解升华到文言方法的运用。

The instructor Yu Feiyu expressed the appreciation for the lead-in part of the course. This part has showed the charm of pictograph, which was easy to understand and was elegant, reflecting the profound professional teaching quality of the teacher. At the same time, instructor Yu also pointed out some problems in this class on the basis of the course standard requirements. She emphasized that the teaching core of Chinese classical style of writing should be based on the understanding of words and phrases from simple to difficult according to the learning situation of the Grade 7. In the student-centered classroom, teachers not only need to make more in-depth reference to key words, but also need to combine the former knowledge with the current knowledge to sublimate students' ability from simple understanding of words to the use of classical Chinese articles.

会议第二项是经验交流，涪陵五中梅琳主任的“守初心教书育人，勤耕耘争创佳绩”、涪陵十四中副校长代保民的“合并开新路，均衡结硕果——涪陵十四中义和校区教学工作汇报”、武陵山乡九年制学校何廷友校长的“把学习还给学生”和涪陵外国语学校初中部副部长乐桂宏的“数据赋能，精准分析，助力质量再提升——基于数据的‘六层面’教学质量分析体系”的发言给与会人员很大的启发。

涪陵区教科所工会主席黄良信以“双减背景下提升教育质量的几点思考”为题对涪陵区初中教育教学质量进行了分析，分析统计深入细致，既有宏观也有微观，直面教学质量与课堂教学效果的关系。黄主席还重点报告了“双减背景下提升教育质量的几点措施”，通过具体案例论述了他对提高课堂教学质量的思考和建议。
