谷雨无声飞纸鸢，牛铃有韵播丰年。2022 年 4 月20日，涪陵区高中物理、政治教研会在涪陵外国语学校举行，国家级政治名师工作室主持人南开中学的王小鸥老师做高中政治教学培训报告，市级物理名师工作室主持人巴蜀中学的秦德胜老师做听课点评并作课题研究培训报告。他们分别对涪陵区的高中物理、政治学科后期复习把脉问诊。来自全区的50余名高中物理、政治教师参加了此次教研会。

在政治教研会上，王小鸥老师展示了一堂高三复习课，授课主题为“2022年高考后期复习有关问题”，主要对创新、环保等时政热点问题进行多角度分析。他强调学生要具备综合思维能力。在课后的教学研讨会上，他对高三二诊考试时学生反应出来的诸多问题进行了指导，特别强调在高三后期复习中还要进一步夯实基础，回归课本内容。同时对今年高考相关问题跟涪陵区政治教研组的诸位名师进行了探讨。

In the after-school teaching seminar, he gave guidance to many questions that the students responded to during the second-diagnosis examination in senior three, especially emphasizing that the foundation should be further consolidated and return to the content of the textbook. 在物理教研会上，涪陵外国语学校高一物理教师罗穆皇展示了一堂高一物理课——《宇宙航行》，所有参会的物理教师在报告厅观摩了此课。罗老师凭借深厚的教学功底，深入浅出，循循善诱，让学生在“体验”中学习，充分展示了中学物理课堂独特魅力。

译：At the physics teaching and research meeting, Luo Muhuang, a physics teacher of the Grade 10 in Fuling Foreign Language School, showed a physics lesson called "Space Voyage". All physics teachers participating this conference observed the class in the lecture hall. With solid teaching skills, Mr. Luo explained the profound things in a simple way and gave systematic guidance for students, allowing them to learn through "experience", which fully demonstrated the unique charm of middle school physics classrooms.

随后，重庆市物理名师工作室主持人巴蜀中学的秦德胜老师做听课点评，他充分肯定罗老师的课堂亮点：时间充分还给学生，体现学生的主体地位；把方法教给学生，注重学生学习过程中的模型构建、方法“体验”；带领学生走进教材进行知识学习；讲练结合，在练中学、做中学、体验中学习。

在《做课题——教师专业成长的必由之路》主题报告会上，秦德胜老师以罗老师的本堂课为基础，从教材整合、科学精神等多个角度为全体物理教师讲解如何做课题，从课题来源到课题研究意义，从选题、申报、开题、研究、结题五大方面细致讲解如何进行课题研究。会议最后秦老师倡导全体教师应当以育兴教、以学助教、以研立教。
