每一个涪外少年从小就立志做一个懂感恩，有责任，富有激情和体魄强健的人，这是对每一个孩子成长的期许，也是每一个涪外教师努力工作的追求。老师们像妈妈又不是普通的妈妈，她们把所有的时间都花在了孩子身上，用自己的一举一动影响着孩子们的言行举止，陪伴着孩子们一天天长大，她们就是涪外最可爱的生活老师们。

译：Every teenager in Chongqing Fuling Foreign Language School is determined to be grateful, responsible, passionate and physically strong, this is not only the expectations for kids but also the goals that all the teachers hardly work for. Teachers are mother-like, they spend a lot of time on accompanying children, and influencing them through their own behaviors. They are lovely teachers who takes care of children’s daily life.

为了全面提高生活老师的文化素养和服务技能，让孩子们在整洁舒适的环境里健康成长，真正做到“教养共建，守护成长”，让每一个孩子感受到来自生活老师的用心关爱，用情守护，让孩子们认识生活的美好，使我们的校园真正成为孩子们温暖的家园。涪陵外国语学校小学部于2022年5月26举行了“生活出彩，温暖前行”生活教师进课堂比赛。

译：Fuling Foreign Language Primary School held the class competition on May 26th,2022. The competition aims to comprehensively improve teachers’ cultural background and service skills, to create a comfortable envirenment for students to live, to implement the policy of “ co-existance of teaching and cultivating, guardian of growth, to have every student known the efforts that teachers have made for them to create a warm campus and wonderful life.

老师们从孩子们的实际生活出发，让每一个孩子都成为课堂的主角。她们阳光自信地站上讲台，美丽的形象，标准的普通话，亲和的语言，从容的脚步，温暖而细致地教导，无不展示着老师们真切的爱和无微不至的关怀。

译：Inspiring by the real life, teachers made students to become the main characters of the class. Teachers were confident, beautiful and kind. Their elegant images, standard mandarin, and gentle languages were fully showed their real love and thoughtful kindness for the students.

课堂上引导孩子们深刻认识安全的重要性，从生活中的点点滴滴落实安全教育，从细致地工作中为孩子们的安全保驾护航；为了让孩子们养成良好的礼仪，从就餐、就寝和路队习惯开始，让孩子们充分认识生活中文明的你我他，理解文明礼仪对我们每一个人的生活带来的影响，并通过儿歌，图片和寄语的方式，让孩子们从小做一个彬彬有礼的文明学子；为了让孩子们珍视生命，重视健康，从小养成良好的饮食习惯，做一个不挑食，有节约习惯的好孩子，让孩子们了解身体的消化系统，潜移默化地引导孩子们爱科学，爱阅读，爱思考，做一个热爱生活的人。

译：Teachers encouraged students to have a deep understanding of the importance of safety. Teachers accomplished the safe education from daily life and ensure their all-round safety from all aspects. Starting from habits of dining, sleeping and lining-up, students were taught to be well-disciplined, they fully realized the influence of the good manners have brought for us in daily life. Children were taught to be polite. Teachers tried different methods like chants, pictures and words to have students cherished their lives and attach great importance on their health. Students are inspired to love science, reading and thinking by studying the digestion system of our bodies, accordingly to be a life- loving person.

小学部的李玲部长亲自带领行政团队参与听课评课，生活部的老师们也积极参与学习，通过严格评比，评选出了赛课一等奖2名，二等奖4名。此次比赛活动为老师们搭建了一个展示自我的平台，老师们共同努力，不断提高自身专业素养。今后将继续通过类似的活动，切实提高生活教师的工作能力，真正为孩子们的生活、学习做好服务与指导，相信在我们的共同努力下，一定能让校园成为孩子们的乐园，一定能给孩子们创造更加健康快乐的童年。

译：The headmaster of primary school and the administrative team participated in the class observation and evaluation. This activity provided all the teachers a platform to show themselves, they can improve their professional skills through such activities. Meanwhile teachers’ working abilities will be improved so that to provide students a better service and guide. We believe that our campus will be a wonderland for children, they will have a happier childhood through our joint efforts.

李部长十分赞赏老师们对教育的热情，充分肯定老师们为孩子付出的辛苦和努力，并对老师们的课堂给予了高度的评价：课堂上温暖的笑容感染着每一个孩子的心灵；形象气质好，优雅又自信；语言表达简洁，思维清晰；课堂师生有欢笑，和孩子们互动亲切；课件制作精美，符合儿童的心理特征；教学方法灵活，孩子们能受到良好的教育！并温情寄语老师们，卓越的涪外教育要靠我们大家不断努力，一定要热爱自己的工作，树立主人翁意识，做一个眼中有学生，心中有孩子的“妈妈”，争做更细致的，更智慧的，更温暖的好老师！

译：Miss Li highly praised the teachers’ passion for education and fully affirmed their efforts and classes. Their lovely smiles made students feel warm. The classes are full of interactions and laughing. Teachers adapted different methods to make the classes active and vivid. Miss Li encouraged teachers to work hardly for the outstanding performance of our school and try to be a mother-like teacher who can be wiser and warmer.
