为切实抓好学校食品安全工作，全力护航高考中考。6月8日上午，重庆市市场监督管理局餐饮处刁雪洋、王茜一行在涪陵区市场监督管理局文何伟副局长、餐饮科李杨科长等人的陪同下深入重庆市涪陵外国语学校督查食品安全工作。

译：Aiming to ensure the safety of food in the school, and make an effort to escort the college entrance examination and high school entrance examination, Diao Xueyang, Wang Qian and others from the Food and Beverage Department of Chongqing Market Supervision Administration came to Chongqing Fuling Foreign Language School to supervise food safety on the morning of June 8th. Deputy Director Wen Hewei from Fuling District Market Supervision Administration, Li Yang, Chief of Catering Section, and others have accompanied to attend this inspection.

督查组一行深入食堂详细询问管理人员和工作人员，认真检查从业人员健康证、食品出入库台账、餐具清洗消毒、食品留样、索证索票、色标管理、阳光餐饮管理等工作落实情况。涪陵区市场监督管理局文何伟副局长向市局领导重点介绍了高考期间对考生的食谱审核、食品餐具抽样检测、工作人员首尝、食品留样管理等方面工作，并结合检查现场介绍了涪陵区推行食堂色标管理工作的重要性和普及性，全面阐述了对学校食堂工作的常态督导方案。同时，对留样工作人员的专业知识进行了即兴测试。督查组对涪陵外国语学校食堂设备设施、环境卫生、员工培训、菜品质量、服务标准等方面给予了充分肯定，同时也对资料的规范、色标管理工作提出了更高的要求。

译：The inspection team went deep into the canteen to inquire about the managers and staff thoroughly, and carefully checked the health certificates of the employees and the ledger of food entering and leaving the warehouse. They also checked the implementation of tableware cleaning and disinfection, food sample retention, request for certificates and invoices, color code management, and sunshine catering management. Wen Hewei, deputy director of the Fuling District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, introduced the work about the review of the candidates' recipes, the sampling testing of food tableware, the first tasting of the staff, and the management of food samples during the college entrance examination. He also introduced the importance and popularity of the color code management of canteens in Fuling District, and comprehensively expounded the normal supervision plan for school canteens. In addition, the expertise of the staff was tested on an impromptu basis. Finally, the inspection team thought highly of the equipment and facilities, environmental sanitation, staff training, food quality, service standards of the canteen in Fuling Foreign Language School, and also put forward higher requirements for the standardization of materials and the management of color code.
