习近平为《复兴文库》作序言强调，以史为鉴察往知来，在复兴之路上坚定前行。“修史立典，存史启智，以文化人，这是中华民族延续几千年的一个传统。”。涪陵外国语学校为了纪念至圣先师孔子诞辰2573周年，庆祝我们集团自己的节日，9月28日在烽火报告厅，隆重举行第十三届桃李节暨纪念孔子诞辰2573周年庆典活动，校长魏昌龙出席会议并发表讲话。

译：President Xi prefaced the book called Revival Library, emphasizing that we have to foresee the future by reviewing the past and move forward firmly on the road to revival. It is a tradition which the Chinese nation lasted for thousands of years to read history and learn from the past and educate people with culture. To commemorate the 2573th anniversary of the birthday of Confucius, the greatest sage and teacher, and to celebrate our own festival, Fuling Foreign Language School held the 13th Tao Li Festival in the beacon lecture hall on September 28th. Headmaster Wei Changlong attended the ceremony and delivered a speech.

古有康熙御书“万世师表”，今有涪外人祭拜至圣先师，涪外全体教职工在校长魏昌龙带领下，“四拜”至圣先师孔子。

2021-2022学年对于涪外是难忘的一年，抗疫情、战高温、斗酷暑，克服重重困难，圆了学生的清北梦；2021-2022学年是感动的一年，场场大型活动让人震撼，学校各项工作得到了马鞍街道、区教委、新区管委会、涪陵区委区政府的充分肯定；2021-2022学年更是收获的一年，学生骄人的成绩引人瞩目，家长满意；获得各级各类大奖的教师超过百人次。在会上颁发了集团年度优秀教师奖、集团优秀班主任奖、集团先进教育工作者奖、集团年度先进职员奖、绿叶奖，集团先进年级组奖、先进备课组奖、先进教研组奖，集团先进班级团队奖、集团先进科室奖，2021-2022学年综合奖，2021-2022学年教科研个人获奖等。

获奖代表余红霞老师发表了自己的获奖感言，对学校的培养、帮助表示衷心的感谢，决心把荣誉做为追求卓越的新起点。家长代表朱林也表达了对教师和学校的感激和祝福。

小学部、初中部向教师们献上了《校园礼赞》《少年》的文艺节目。

目标导向捆绑考核是涪外管理的一大特色，学校校长魏昌龙与各学部、管理部门签订目标责任书，庄重的签约仪式赋予“责任”崇高的使命感，各学部、管理部门定将高标准、高质量、高效率地完成全年目标任务。

青蓝工程是涪外加强教师队伍的重要举措，会上举行了第四届 青蓝工程“师徒结对”拜师仪式。45位师父与111名徒弟“结对”，校长魏昌龙、党总支书记乐三奎为各位师父颁发聘书。徒弟向师傅献上鲜花和茶，各位师父给自己的爱徒赠予有亲笔签名的“回徒帖”。庄重的仪式，赓续千年，薪火相传，延续传承，师徒相授，为涪外的卓越发展培根铸魂。

校长魏昌龙最后发表了讲话，他介绍了“桃李节”的来龙去脉，缅怀了伟大教育家孔子的丰功伟绩和千年不朽的教育思想。充分肯定了涪外教师团队敢于争先攀高峰，发奋图强做栋梁，始终坚守初心的精神。他希望全体教师向先进学习，以他们为榜样。他要求全体师生员工，要认真学习习近平总书记关于教育的重要论述，认真学习贯彻党的二十大会议精神，用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，坚持党的教育方针，敬畏自然、敬畏制度、敬畏生命，爱生如子，教书育人，向孔子那样，虚心请教、勤于思考、有教无类、因材施教，认真研究新课程方案、新课程标准、新评价方式，在培优上做文章，追求高效课堂，完成高品质成果，砥砺前行，追求卓越，在涪外这个大家庭里铸就新的辉煌，再立新的丰碑!

He explained the origin and development of the "Tao Li Festival" and gave recognition to the great achievements of the great educator Confucius and the millennium immortal educational ideas. Then he thought highly of those who climbed up the highest peak bravely, rose in great vigor and adhered to the spirit of the original intention all along. In addition, he hoped that all teachers would learn from advanced characters and take them as examples. He required all teachers and students to study the important expositions of President Xi on education, and earnestly learn and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Everyone should be guided by President Xi’s thoughts of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, adhere to the party's education policy, and keep reverence for nature, system, and life. Then he hoped that teachers could love students like their own children. When teaching, teachers were supposed to teach and educate people like the style of Confucius, ask for advice humbly, be diligent in thinking, and treat students as individuals. Finally, teachers should carefully research the plan, standards, and new evaluation methods of the new curriculum to cultivate excellent students, pursue high-efficiency classrooms, and achieve high-quality results. Only by moving forward, and through the pursuit of excellence can we create new glory in Fuling Foreign Language school and then set up a new monument!
