生命重于泰山，疫情就是命令，防控就是责任。为了切实做好疫情期间线上教育教学工作，我校第一时间成立了线上教学工作领导小组，制定出切实可行的线上教学工作方案，保障停课不停学。
译：Life is weightier than Mountain Tai . Where there is an epidemic, there is an order. To prevent and control epidemic is to take responsibility. In order to effectively do a good job in online education and teaching during the epidemic, our school formulated an implementable online teaching work plan to ensure that classes suspended but learning continues.
一、高度重视，精准部署
11月11日下午，学校召开紧急会议，教务处对全体教师进行了钉钉平台操作培训，同时对线上授课进行了周密部署，提出了严格的要求。各学科组快速响应，在备课组长的组织下，当天研讨出本学科的线上教学实施方案。
译：On the afternoon of November 11, our school held a meeting which was about the online teaching training and the relevant requirements of online teaching. Each teaching and research group formulated the online teaching plan quickly after discussion under the organization of each group leader.
二、线上集备，共享智慧
英语组立即组织老师们开展线上教研，针对线上教学问题集思广益、相互启发，建言献策，互相取长补短，优质资源共享、共识，有效地推动线上教学的开展，保证教学质量。
译：Teachers actively implemented online teaching and research activities. They inspired each other, provided suggestions, shared high-quality teaching resources for online teaching problems, effectively promoted the development of online teaching, and ensured the quality of teaching.
三、线上教学，丰富多样
尽管是线上教学，老师们都会按时间提前十分钟进群做好课前准备。使用多种方法授课，通过对学生点名、连麦等多样的互动方式，营造一个良好互动的学习氛围。同时，随时关注学生动态，引导学生专注课堂，帮助学生更好地进入学习状态。
译：Each time, teachers will begin their online teaching ten minutes in advance to get prepared for the class. We use a variety of methods to teach, and create a good interactive learning atmosphere . We also keep an eye on students, help them to focus on the class, so they can learn better.
四、创新作业，科学设置
作业是课堂的延伸，作业要做到精准训练，量少题精，利用好学生手里现有的资料，布置好分层作业。作业批改要精细，及时反馈，批改要有痕迹，对于学生个别不会的题可以语音点播，积极为每位学生提供在线学习指导，保证线上教学质量。
译：Homework is an extension of the class. Teachers should assign homework scientifically, correct it and give feedback to students timely to provide online learning guidance for each student and ensure the quality of online teaching.
五、掌握情况，跟踪监督
为了保证学生居家的学习与健康，老师会利用多渠道及时与学生及家长进行沟通，督促其学习，并给予正确引导。
译：In order to ensure students' learning quality and health status at home, teachers use multiple channels to communicate with students and their parents. They also urge students to learn under their correct guidance.
六、居家乐学，展示风采
坚守教育初心，困难面前敬业担当，是老师给孩子们的温暖守护。适应不同环境变化之下向阳生长，也是孩子们给我们的骄傲与感动。愿山河无恙，望岁月静好，待到春暖花开时，让我们继续相约在温馨的涪外。
译：Adhering to the original intention of education and being dedicated and responsible in the face of difficulties are the warm protection given by teachers to children. Adapting to the changes in different environments and growing up well is also the pride and emotion that children give us. May our nation intact through difficult times.
