二十分钟，抓实教研

一、语文组

每天的教研一开始，各个语文组的老师们就自己线上教学提出的困惑进行研讨。短暂的直播课堂，老师们如何高效利用课堂，成为了教研讨论的重中之重。

老师们客观分析线上教学情况，针对线上授课方式、学生学习情况监管、学生线上考勤、课堂注意力不集中、网络直播学生参与课堂互动受限等问题提出了自己的困惑。

老师们相互解疑答惑，反馈交流，充分发挥集体智慧的优势，凝心聚力，博采众家之长，有效地解除了老师们线上教学困惑。其次，针对直播课堂，如何提高教学效率，大家集思广益。

老师们认为，在接下来的线上教学中，要扎实指导学生做好课前预学，精心设计课堂教学，直击教学重难点，作业布置有针对性，要对线上课堂知识有所巩固。并且关注到每一位学生的学习，保证线上教学的实效性。除了抓紧落实新课教学以外，临近期末，各个备课组也纷纷开始制定复习计划，提前规划复习安排。

译：Chinese teachers put forward the confusion about the online teaching at the beginning of the activities. How to realize the effectiveness of the class becomes the most important thing that teachers concern.Teachers analysis the real situation of the online classes, they propose their confusion about the problems like teaching methods, monitoring of students study, attending status, the  limited interactions and the distractions in classes.Teachers try to solve these problems by discussing in group and taking the great advantage of the joint work.Teachers come to an agreement of that to take a solid guide on the pre-class activities and design the class intelligently will be helpful to the online classes.Never let one student fall behind to make sure the practical effect on the classes. Besides, it’s coming to the end of this semester, the review classes will be list on the following schedule.

二、数学组

各个数学备课组的老师们，采用视频会议的模式，每日准时进行教学交流和研讨。会上不仅总结反思当日课堂，针对性查漏补缺，还抓实主备，让主备老师针对新课教学内容说课，学习目标导向，研讨突破教学重难点的方法，探究高效课堂。课堂之外，老师们着力于练习复习题的设计，把握题量，分层设计，尊重学生的差异性。网课第三周不少学生稍显有些倦怠，老师们也纷纷献言献策，交流自己和学生沟通的好方法。在多表扬展示优秀的学习榜样，激励班级学生学习，争取人人进步的基础之上，关注个别学生听课迟到，作业拖拉的现象，和家长做好沟通，争取家校协作，共同攻坚克难。此外临近期末，各备课组也纷纷关注新课教学进度，提前规划复习内容和方法。

译：The math teachers will hold the online meeting on time to do the discussion and research.The daily feedback will be reported everyday on the meeting, meanwhile take an emphasis on the class-preparations. The teacher who is responsible for the class will present the lesson plan, the learning objectives and the key and difficult points to ensure the high efficiency of each class. After the class, teachers focus on the designing of the revision, the examination papers and respecting the differences among the students. It’s the third week of the online classes, some students are getting bored, teachers make some suggestions to help students to learn more actively. Some students are always late for class or homework, teachers will communicate with their parents to overcome the difficulties.

三、英语组

英语组的老师们深知团队合作才能走的更高更远，课前他们分年级制作教学课件，为使课件能够更好的调动学生的学习积极性，课件设计也会经过两次审核再投入使用。为了帮助孩子平稳度过线上教学的难关，老师们积极利用休息时间，把对学生的辅导从线下转战到线上，力求每个孩子不掉队。除此之外，英语组还抓实作业设计，分年段分层进行作业布置安排，减轻学生的作业负担，增强作业的趣味性。

译：English teachers deeply know the importance of teamwork.They prepare the class in advance and make the teaching PowerPoint according to the different level of students. The teaching design will be put into use after twice discussions in order to fully arise students’ enthusiasm of learning English. Some teachers take fully use of their rest time to help students to overcome the difficulties on online study to make sure they can catch up with the English classes. Additionally, teachers tried to make the homework diversely and much more fun to accomplish to release the students’ pressure on study.

教研教学，有策共享

此外，教务处还落实线上巡课，课后巡教研制度。实现了对线上教学、线上教研的有效监管，为线上教学保驾护航。巡课中，巡课负责人进入直播间，认真检查教师是否准时上课，是否做到精神饱满，充满激情，仪态端庄；是否注意激发学生的学习兴趣，调动学生参与的积极性等。巡教研的过程中，负责人通过进入每个备课组的教研会议，巡查各个备课组有没有按时开展教研，教研活动有没有落实反思加下堂课上课内容的研讨。巡课领导本着认真负责的态度，认真记录，发现亮点，及时肯定鼓励，发现问题，及时反馈整改。

During the tour, the person in charge of the tour enters the broadcast room and checks the status of the teachers to make sure they are punctual and energetic. During the teaching and research tour, teaching and research activities will also be checked timely. Tour leaders are responsible for recording, spotting the shiny points, giving confirmation and taking feedback.

“一枝独放不是春，百花齐放春满园”，每一次的线上教研都是老师们一次又一次的思维碰撞，老师们有疑必论，有策共享，力争增强线上课堂吸引力，微光汇聚，让线上教学灿如星河。

Teachers strive for making every online class to be attractive through joint efforts on sharing great ideas and ways.
